4. Assembly Instructions
Follow these steps for proper assembly. It is recommended to have two people for certain steps, especially during mounting.
4.1. Prepare the Backboard
- Remove Protective Film: The backboard comes with a protective plastic film. To remove it cleanly, use a sharp knife to carefully score along the edges of the frame before peeling. This prevents small plastic pieces from getting stuck under the frame.

4.2. Attach the Rim to the Backboard

4.3. Assemble the Mounting Bracket
- Attach the lower bracket (M) and upper bracket (K) to the back of the backboard (CC) as shown in the diagram. Pay close attention to the direction of the brackets.
- Install the cross braces (F1, F2, G1, G2) onto the mounting frame (H) using the provided hardware.
4.4. Install the Adjustment Mechanism
- Attach the top end of the adjustment mechanism (J) to the upper bracket (K) using bolts B1, B2, B3 as shown.

6. Maintenance
- Clean Regularly: Wipe down the backboard and frame with a damp cloth to remove dirt and debris. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
- Check Fasteners: Periodically inspect all bolts, nuts, and screws for tightness. Re-tighten as necessary to ensure stability and safety.
- Net Replacement: Replace the net if it becomes worn or damaged.
- Rust Prevention: The steel components are designed for outdoor use, but regular inspection for rust and applying rust-inhibiting paint if needed can extend the product's lifespan.
7. Troubleshooting
- Wobbly Backboard: Ensure all mounting bolts (I) are securely fastened to a solid wall structure. Check that the lower (M) and upper (K) brackets are correctly installed and tightened.
- Difficulty Adjusting Height: Check the crank handle (L) and the adjustment mechanism (J) for any obstructions or damage. Ensure all connecting bolts are properly aligned and tightened.
- Plastic Film Residue: If small pieces of protective film remain after peeling, carefully use a thin blade or tweezers to remove them.
