3.1 Initial Placement

Choose a suitable location for your exercise bike, ensuring enough space around it for safe operation and movement. The integrated transport wheels allow for easy relocation.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Seat Adjustment

The seat can be adjusted to 8 different positions to accommodate users between 150 cm and 190 cm. Use the single lever located under the seat to slide it forward or backward until you find a comfortable pedaling position. Ensure your knees have a slight bend at the bottom of the pedal stroke.

4.2 Resistance Adjustment

The bike features 16 levels of progressive magnetic resistance. Turn the rotary knob located on the main unit to increase or decrease the resistance. Levels 1-6 are suitable for gentle rehabilitation, 7-12 for daily exercise, and 13-16 for calorie burning and intense workouts.

4.3 Console and Display

The large LCD display shows your workout data, including time, distance, speed, calories burned, and pulse. The console also includes a tablet holder, allowing you to enjoy media while exercising. The display is powered by 1 AA battery (included).
