Setup and Installation
- Uncoil the Hose: Completely uncoil the heated water hose before connecting it to any water source or power supply. This prevents heat buildup and potential damage.
- Connect to Water Source:
- Ensure the water source (e.g., spigot, RV water inlet) is clean and free of debris.
- Insert a rubber washer into the hose fitting.
- Connect one end of the heated hose to the water source. Hand-tighten the connection. If necessary, use the provided thread seal tape for a leak-proof seal.
- Connect to RV/Appliance:
- Insert a rubber washer into the other end of the hose fitting.
- Connect the other end of the heated hose to your RV's freshwater inlet or other water-consuming appliance. Hand-tighten.
- If connecting two female ends, use the provided 3/4" GHT dual male adapter.
- Insulate Connections (Optional but Recommended): For extreme cold, slide the provided insulation cotton sleeves over the brass fittings at both ends of the hose to provide additional freeze protection for the connection points.
- Check for Leaks: Turn on the water supply slowly and check all connections for leaks. Tighten any leaking connections as needed.
- Connect to Power: Plug the hose's power cord into a grounded 120V AC electrical outlet. The power indicator light on the plug will illuminate, indicating the heating element is active.

Operating Instructions
The HIRALIY Heated Water Hose features a self-regulating heating system. Once plugged in, the heating element automatically activates when the ambient temperature drops to near freezing, and deactivates when temperatures rise. This ensures water flow without manual intervention.
- Continuous Power: For optimal freeze protection, keep the hose continuously plugged into a power source during cold weather conditions.
- Power Indicator: The power indicator light on the plug confirms that the hose is receiving power.
- Temperature Range: The hose is designed to operate effectively in temperatures down to -40°F (-40°C). The internal heating element maintains water temperature up to 140°F (60°C) to prevent freezing.
- Water Flow: The 5/8" inner diameter supports high water flow rates.

Applications
The HIRALIY Heated Water Hose is versatile and suitable for various cold-weather applications where a continuous, non-frozen water supply is essential:
- RV and Camper Use: Provides reliable freshwater supply to recreational vehicles during winter camping or full-time living.
- Garden and Outdoor: Prevents garden hoses from freezing, allowing for watering plants or other outdoor tasks in cold climates.
- Livestock Watering: Ensures animals have access to unfrozen drinking water in barns, pens, or pastures.
- Mountain Cabins/Remote Homes: Maintains water flow to cabins or homes in areas prone to freezing temperatures.

Maintenance
- Regular Inspection: Periodically inspect the entire length of the hose, including the power cord and connections, for any signs of wear, cuts, kinks, or damage.
- Cleaning: Clean the exterior of the hose with a damp cloth as needed. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Storage: When not in use, especially during warmer months, disconnect the hose from both water and power. Drain all water from the hose, coil it loosely, and store it in a dry, protected area away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Fittings: Ensure brass fittings remain clean and free of corrosion. Apply a small amount of plumber's grease to threads if needed for easier connection and sealing.
