4. Assembly & Setup

The Caroma Peak Z6 Electric Scooter is 90% pre-assembled. Follow these steps for final assembly.

4.1. Handlebar Installation

  1. Position the vertical tube upright, press the folding clasp, and lock the safety buckle.
  2. Loosen the screws on the handlebar clamp, place the horizontal handlebar tube in the groove, adjust the angle for comfort, and then tighten the screws securely.
  3. Open the quick-release lock to adjust the handlebar height to your preference, then tighten the quick-release lock.
  4. Adjust and secure any loose cables using the provided fasteners.

4.2. Saddle Adjustment

Loosen the quick-release lock on the main saddle post, adjust the height of the saddle to a suitable riding position, and then firmly tighten the quick-release lock.

4.3. Rear Basket Installation

  1. Remove the 4 mounting screws for the luggage rack above the rear fender.
  2. Place the rear basket onto the luggage rack, align the holes, and secure it in place with the screws using the provided toolkit.

4.4. Child Seat Installation

The child seat is designed for easy installation and removal.

  1. Loosen the screws on the child armrest, install it to the back of the child seat, and tighten the 4 screws.
  2. Lock the connecting rod and the child seat bag with nuts from both sides.
  3. Install the assembled child seat onto the rear rod of the scooter frame, align the screws with the holes, and tighten the screws with a hexagonal wrench.

5. Operating Instructions

Familiarize yourself with the controls before your first ride.

5.1. Power On/Off

Insert the key into the ignition and turn it to the 'ON' position. The HD LED display on the handlebar will illuminate, showing the remaining battery power. To turn off, turn the key to the 'OFF' position.

5.2. Riding
