Safety Information

• Fire Hazard: This tent is not fireproof. Keep all fire sources, including open flames, heaters, and cooking equipment, away from the tent fabric.
• Weather Conditions: While designed for various weather conditions, extreme winds, heavy snow, or severe storms may compromise the tent's stability. Disassemble the tent in such conditions to prevent damage or injury.
• Assembly: It is recommended that at least two adults participate in the assembly process to ensure safety and proper installation.
• Securing the Tent: Always use the provided wind ropes and ground nails to securely anchor the tent to the ground. Ensure all connections are tight and stable.

Setup and Assembly

Assembly of the LUXOAK Event Shelter requires careful attention to detail. It is recommended that at least two adults participate in the setup process. The frame components are labeled for easier identification.

1. Frame Assembly

Begin by laying out all the galvanized steel frame components on a flat, clear surface. Connect the poles according to the numbered diagram in the included installation manual to form the roof and side frames. Ensure all spring-loaded clips are securely engaged.

2. Canopy and Sidewall Installation

Once the frame is erected, carefully drape the PE material canopy top over the frame. Secure it using the bungee ball cords through the eyelets and around the frame poles. Attach the sidewalls with PVC windows and the zipper doors to the frame using the integrated fasteners. The sidewalls can be individually attached or removed as needed.

3. Securing the Tent

Once the canopy and sidewalls are in place, use the provided wind ropes and ground nails to firmly anchor the tent to the ground. This is crucial for stability, especially in windy conditions. Ensure all ropes are taut and evenly distributed.

The LUXOAK Event Shelter is designed for versatile use in various outdoor settings.

• Event Hosting: Perfect for weddings, baby showers, birthday parties, trade fairs, and other large gatherings. It comfortably accommodates 8-9 tables or 80-90 guests.
• Carport: Can be used as a temporary or semi-permanent shelter for motorcycles, cars, boats, and other vehicles.

• Ventilation: The multiple PVC sidewall windows and two zipper doors allow for excellent cross-ventilation and natural light, enhancing comfort inside the tent.

Maintenance

• Cleaning: Clean the PE material canopy and sidewalls with mild soap and water. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners that could damage the material.
• Drying: Ensure all fabric components are completely dry before disassembling and storing to prevent mold and mildew growth.
• Frame Inspection: Regularly inspect the galvanized steel frame for any signs of rust or damage. The galvanized coating provides rust resistance, but prolonged exposure to harsh conditions may require attention.
• Fasteners: Check bungee cords, wind ropes, and ground nails periodically for wear and tear. Replace any damaged components to maintain tent stability.

Storage
