2. Setup and Installation

2.1 Unpacking and Placement

Carefully unpack the washing machine. Ensure the installation location is stable and level. Allow for slight space (4-5 cm) around the machine for ventilation and operation. Verify the presence and shape of the drain pan and the position of the drain outlet.

2.2 Checking Installation Space

Before installation, measure the dimensions of the entrance, elevator, and any other obstacles to ensure the washing machine can be moved to its intended location. The required width for passage is the machine's width plus 10 cm.

2.3 Water Supply Connection

Connect the water supply hose to the water faucet and the washing machine's water inlet. Ensure all connections are secure to prevent leaks.

2.4 Drain Hose Connection

Insert the drain hose into the drain outlet. If the drain outlet is directly below or to the left/right of the washing machine, ensure the hose is not bent or obstructed. For drain outlets not directly below, a drain pipe (drainage pipe) may be required. The drain hose should not be extended more than 3 meters and should be placed on a flat surface. The end of the drain hose should be no more than 10 cm above the floor to ensure proper drainage.

3.3 Water Level Selection

You can select from 6 water levels (26L, 31L, 36L, 44L, 53L, 61L) according to the amount of laundry, making it convenient for small loads.

3.4 Child Lock Function

To activate or deactivate the child lock, press the "Reservation" and "Course" buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds or more. When activated, the lid will automatically lock until the child lock is released, preventing accidental operation by children.

4. Maintenance

4.1 Tub Cleaning

The washing machine features a durable stainless steel tub. To maintain cleanliness and prevent mold and odors, use the "Tub Wash" course. This course is recommended if the tub smells moldy, dirt is visible, or detergent residue adheres to laundry.

4.2 Tub Drying

After washing, use the "Tub Dry" course to remove moisture from inside the washing machine. This helps suppress mold growth and keeps the tub clean and fresh.

5. Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues with your washing machine, please refer to the following common troubleshooting steps before contacting customer support.

  • Machine does not start: Check if the power cord is securely plugged in and if the water supply is open. Ensure the lid is properly closed and the child lock is not active.
  • Water does not drain: Verify that the drain hose is not bent, clogged, or placed too high. Ensure the drain outlet is clear.
  • Unusual noise or vibration: Check if the machine is level and stable. Ensure laundry is evenly distributed in the tub and not overloaded. Remove any foreign objects from the tub.
  • Poor washing results: Ensure you are using the correct amount of detergent for the load size and water hardness. Select an appropriate washing course for the type and soil level of the laundry.

If the problem persists after following these steps, please contact customer support.
