Control Panel Functions
The DUMOS Electric Pressure Cooker features a touch control panel with various preset programs and manual settings:
- Preset Programs: Rice, Pasta, Soup/Broth, Meat/Stew, Chicken, Cake, Steam, Beans, Multigrain, Sous Vide, Reheat, Yogurt.

Setup
Initial Cleaning
- Before first use, wash the inner pot, sealing ring, and lid components with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
- Wipe the exterior of the cooker base with a damp cloth. Never immerse the base in water.
Placement
Place the cooker on a stable, level surface, away from heat sources and direct sunlight. Ensure adequate space around the appliance for proper ventilation.
Lid Assembly
Ensure the sealing ring is correctly seated inside the lid. Align the lid with the base and rotate clockwise until it locks into place. The lid features a rotating split opening for convenience.
Operating Instructions
General Pressure Cooking Steps
- Add ingredients and liquid to the inner pot. Do not exceed the MAX fill line.
- Place the inner pot into the cooker base.
- Close the lid and ensure it is locked. Position the steam release handle to the Sealing position.
- Plug in the power cord. The display will show 'OFF'.
- Select a preset cooking program (e.g., Rice, Meat/Stew) or use the Manual setting.
- Adjust cooking time and pressure level (if applicable) using the +/- buttons.
- Press 'Start' to begin cooking. The cooker will preheat and then begin the cooking cycle.
- Once cooking is complete, the cooker will beep and automatically switch to 'Keep Warm' mode.
- Release pressure using either Natural Release or Quick Release method (refer to safety guidelines).
- Once pressure is fully released, open the lid and serve.

Cleaning the Inner Pot
The non-stick inner pot is dishwasher safe. For hand washing, use warm, soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge. Rinse thoroughly.
Cleaning the Lid
Remove the sealing ring and anti-block shield from the lid. Wash all lid components with warm, soapy water. Ensure the steam release valve and float valve are clear of food debris. Reassemble after drying.
Cleaning the Cooker Base
Wipe the exterior of the cooker base with a damp cloth. Never immerse the base in water or place it in a dishwasher.
