Setup
1. Charging Base Station Placement
Place the charging base station against a wall in an open area, ensuring there are no obstacles within 1.5 meters (5 feet) in front and 0.5 meters (1.6 feet) on either side. Plug the power cord into a wall outlet.

The robot vacuum automatically returns to this station for charging and self-emptying. Proper placement ensures uninterrupted operation.
2. Initial Robot Charging
Place the robot onto the charging base. Ensure the charging contacts on the robot align with those on the base. The indicator lights on the robot will illuminate to show it is charging. Fully charge the robot before its first use.
3. App Connection and Mapping
Download the HomeAloT App from your smartphone's app store. Follow the in-app instructions to connect your Airzeen Q10 Pro to your home's 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. The app will guide you through the initial mapping process, allowing the robot to create a detailed map of your home.
This video demonstrates the step-by-step process of connecting your robot vacuum to the HomeAloT app, including Bluetooth pairing and Wi-Fi setup.
4. Mop Holder Installation
To enable mopping functionality, attach the mop holder with a wet mop cloth to the robot. Align the four buckles on the mop holder with the corresponding buckles on the water tank and press gently until you hear a "click" sound. Ensure both sides are properly secured to prevent tilting, which can affect performance.

Operating Instructions
1. Cleaning Modes and Settings
The Airzeen Q10 Pro offers multiple cleaning modes: vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and simultaneous sweep & mop. You can customize these settings via the HomeAloT App.
- Suction Levels: Choose from 3 levels (Quiet, Standard, Max) to suit different floor types and cleaning needs. The robot automatically increases suction by 15% on carpets for deeper cleaning.
- Water Flow Settings: Select from 3 water flow levels for mopping, adjusting to your floor's requirements.
- Carpet Detection: The robot intelligently detects carpets and boosts suction. In mop mode, ensure the mop holder is removed or a no-go zone is set for carpets to prevent wetting.

This image highlights the versatile cleaning options and customizable settings available through the app.
2. Smart Mapping and Navigation
Equipped with LiDAR and SLAM technology, the Q10 Pro creates precise 360° maps of your home for efficient cleaning paths. It intelligently avoids obstacles, walls, and stairs.
- Multi-Floor Mapping: The robot can save up to 5 different floor maps, ideal for multi-story homes.
- Matrix Cleaning: Ensures no spots are missed by following an efficient Z-shaped cleaning pattern.
- Obstacle Avoidance: Advanced sensors prevent collisions and falls.

The robot's navigation system allows it to efficiently map and clean your home, avoiding common obstacles.
3. Customized Cleaning and Scheduling
The HomeAloT App provides comprehensive control over your cleaning tasks:
- Select Rooms: Choose specific rooms to be cleaned or excluded.
- No-Go Zones: Define virtual boundaries or no-mop zones to restrict the robot from certain areas.
- Scheduling: Set daily or weekly cleaning schedules, including specific times and modes for different areas.
- Voice Control: Compatible with Alexa and Google Assistant for hands-free commands (2.4GHz WiFi only).
This video illustrates how to use the app to customize cleaning modes, set schedules, and define specific cleaning areas or restrictions.
4. Self-Emptying Function
The 3.3L self-emptying station automatically collects debris from the robot's dustbin, providing up to 60 days of hands-free cleaning. The frequency of dust collection can be adjusted in the app.

The self-emptying feature minimizes manual intervention, allowing for extended periods of autonomous cleaning.
5. Auto-Recharge and Resume
When the battery level is low, the robot automatically returns to its charging station. Once sufficiently charged, it resumes cleaning exactly where it left off, ensuring complete coverage of your home.

This feature ensures that even large cleaning areas are fully covered without manual intervention.
Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your Airzeen Q10 Pro.
1. Filter Maintenance
The HEPA filter traps dust and debris. A clogged filter reduces suction. Clean the filter every two weeks (more frequently for pets or long-haired individuals). Tap the filter to remove dust. If it becomes damp, let it dry for 24 hours before reinstalling. Replace the filter every 3-6 months or when the dust bag is below 80% full.
2. Rolling Brush Maintenance
Clean tangled hair from the roller brush promptly, at least once a week. For homes with a lot of hair, clean it after each mopping session. Excessive tangled hair increases the brush's operating current, potentially triggering the carpet boost mode and causing water leakage. Use the included cleaning tool or scissors to cut away tangled hair.
3. Side Brush Maintenance
The side brush directs dirt and debris towards the rolling brush. Its bristles can soften over time, affecting cleaning results. Replace the side brush within 150 hours of use or when visibly worn.
4. Mop Pad Maintenance
The mop pad is a key component for mopping. As mopping time increases, the mop will gradually wear out and accumulate stubborn stains. Replace the mop cloth every three months to maintain optimal cleaning results. Wash the mop cloth after each use to keep it clean.
Troubleshooting
1. How to prevent the Q10 Pro from getting stuck under furniture?
Ensure there is at least 10 cm of clearance underneath the furniture. If the clearance is lower, set a "Virtual Boundary" in the app to prevent the Q10 Pro from entering that area.
2. How to prevent the Q10 Pro from getting stuck on carpet?
When cleaning carpets, use only the sweeping mode and remove the mop holder. The mop can easily get stuck and stain the carpet due to friction. If you don't want the vacuum to enter carpets, set a "No-Go Zone" in the app.
3. How to prevent Q10 Pro from dispensing water when mopping the floor?
- Clean tangled hair from the roller brush promptly, at least once a week. Excessive tangled hair can increase the brush's operating current, triggering carpet boost mode and causing a water leak.
- Avoid turning the water tank upside down after filling it. Turning it upside down can cause water droplets to flow back into the solenoid valve's air inlet, blocking it and causing a water leak. If this occurs, shake the water tank horizontally to dislodge the water droplets.
4. How can I reduce tangling of hair in the main brush?
- Adjusting Suction and Brush Maintenance Cleaning: Use Standard/Maximum suction mode for sweeping tasks to remove hair before it becomes tangled. Clean the main brush at least weekly (ideally after each sweep). Remove the main brush and clean the hair from both ends to prevent tangles. Use the included cleaning tool or scissors to cut away tangled hair.
- Clean the filter regularly: Clean the filter every two weeks (weekly for pets or long-haired individuals). A clogged filter reduces suction, forcing the brush to work harder, which accumulates more hair. Tap the filter to remove dust. If the filter becomes damp, let it dry for 24 hours before reinstalling it. To maintain optimal airflow, replace the filter every 3-6 months and keep the dust bag below 80% full.
