3. Setup Instructions

Follow these steps to assemble and prepare your Cheerble Elfin E1 Lite fountain for use:

1. Soak and Rinse Filter: Before first use, soak the filter in clean water for 5 minutes, then rinse it thoroughly for 1 minute under running water.
