Featuring both Bluetooth 5.4 and 3.5mm Aux-in connectivity, it offers versatile options for connecting to your devices. Upon unpacking, please ensure all the following components are present:

Setup Instructions

1. Wired Connection (3.5mm AUX)

  1. Connect the wired subwoofer to the "SUB OUT" port on the back of the soundbar using the provided cable.
  2. Plug the 3.5mm audio cable into the "AUX IN" port on the back of the soundbar.
  3. Connect the other end of the 3.5mm audio cable to your device's headphone or AUX out port (e.g., laptop, desktop, smartphone).
  4. Connect the AC adapter to the "DC IN" port on the soundbar and then plug it into a power outlet.
  5. The soundbar will power on and default to wired mode, indicated by a voice prompt.

2. Bluetooth Connection

  1. Ensure the soundbar is powered on.
  2. Quickly press the volume knob twice to switch to Bluetooth mode. The Bluetooth indicator light will flash blue and white alternatively, indicating it's in pairing mode.
  3. On your device (smartphone, laptop, etc.), go to Bluetooth settings and turn on Bluetooth.
  4. Select "SK100Pro" from the list of available devices to connect.
  5. Once successfully paired, the indicator light will turn off, and you will hear a "Connected" notification sound.

Troubleshooting

No sound from speakers.
  • Ensure the power adapter is securely connected and the speakers are powered on.
  • Check volume levels on both the speakers and your connected device.
  • Verify the correct input mode (AUX or Bluetooth) is selected.
  • For wired connection, ensure the 3.5mm cable is fully inserted into both the soundbar and your device.
  • For Bluetooth, ensure the speakers are paired correctly and your device's Bluetooth is enabled.
Bluetooth device cannot connect.
  • Ensure the soundbar is in Bluetooth pairing mode (flashing blue/white light).
  • Make sure your device's Bluetooth is on and "SK100Pro" is selected.
  • Try forgetting the device on your phone/computer and re-pairing.
  • Ensure no other devices are currently connected to the speakers via Bluetooth.
