Setup
1. Powering the Device
The KLIM K8 offers two methods for power supply:
- Battery Operation: Insert two (2) AA batteries into the battery compartment located on the back of the unit. Ensure correct polarity (+/-).
- AC-DC Adapter: For continuous use, connect a compatible AC-DC adapter (4.5V, not included) to the DC IN port on the side of the unit.

Operating Instructions
1. Playing Cassette Tapes
- Open the cassette compartment door by sliding the "OPEN" switch.
- Insert a cassette tape with the exposed tape facing upwards.
- Close the compartment door firmly.
- Slide the function switch to "TAPE".
- Press the PLAY button to begin playback.
- Adjust the volume using the VOL slider.
- Use FFWD (Fast Forward) or REW (Rewind) buttons as needed.
- Press the STOP button to halt playback.
2. Recording Audio
- Insert a blank cassette tape into the compartment.
- Slide the function switch to "TAPE".
- Press the REC (Record) button and the PLAY button simultaneously to start recording. The built-in microphone will capture audio.
- To stop recording, press the STOP button.
- To listen to your recording, rewind the tape and press PLAY.

3. Using the AM/FM Radio
- Extend the telescopic antenna for optimal reception.
- Slide the function switch to either "AM" or "FM" depending on your desired band.
- Rotate the TUNING dial to find your preferred radio station.
- Adjust the volume using the VOL slider.

4. Using Headphones
For private listening, plug the included earphones (or any standard 3.5mm headphones) into the HEADPHONE jack on the side of the unit. The built-in speaker will automatically mute when headphones are connected.

Maintenance
- Keep the unit clean by wiping it with a soft, dry cloth.
- Avoid exposing the device to extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, or high humidity.
