3. Setup and Initial Use
The AKLUER Walking Pad is designed for minimal setup and comes fully assembled. Follow these steps for initial use:
- Unpack the Treadmill: Carefully remove the treadmill from its packaging.
- Placement: Place the treadmill on a flat, stable, and non-slip surface. Ensure there is adequate clear space around the unit for safe operation.
- Power Connection: Connect the power cord to the treadmill and then plug it into a grounded electrical outlet.
- Remote Control: The remote control is typically plugged into the treadmill upon delivery. Ensure it is securely connected.
- Incline Adjustment: The treadmill features a manual incline. To adjust the incline, locate the incline adjustment points at the rear of the treadmill. Lift the rear of the treadmill slightly and adjust the support legs to the desired incline level. No tools are required for this adjustment.

Space-Saving Design
The walking pad is designed for easy storage. It features built-in transport wheels, allowing it to be moved effortlessly. It can be stored under a bed, sofa, or leaned against a wall when not in use.

4. Operation
Powering On and Off
- To power on, ensure the treadmill is plugged in and press the power button on the unit or remote control.
- To power off, press the power button again.
Using the LED Display and Remote Control
The treadmill features a multi-functional LED display that shows real-time exercise data. You can control the treadmill using either the touch screen on the unit or the included remote control.

- Speed Adjustment: Use the '+' and '-' buttons on the remote control or the corresponding touch controls on the display to adjust the speed. The speed range is 0.6 to 4 MPH.

Incline Feature
The manual incline feature allows you to increase the intensity of your workout, simulating climbing scenarios and enhancing calorie burn. Adjust the incline before starting your workout.

Running Belt and Shock Absorption
The treadmill features a 15.75" x 35.43" spacious running area with a 6-layer anti-slip belt. It incorporates 10 silicone shock absorbers and 2 shock absorb cushions to reduce impact on joints and minimize noise during use.

5. Maintenance
Cleaning
- Regularly wipe down the treadmill surface and display with a soft, damp cloth.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Ensure the treadmill is unplugged before cleaning.
Lubrication
The running belt requires periodic lubrication to ensure smooth operation and prolong its lifespan. Use the provided lubricating oil.
- Unplug the treadmill from the power outlet.
- Carefully lift the edge of the running belt.
- Apply a small amount of lubricating oil evenly onto the center of the deck, underneath the belt.
- Plug in the treadmill and run it at a low speed (e.g., 1 MPH) for a few minutes to distribute the oil.
- Frequency of lubrication depends on usage; generally, every 3-6 months or after 50-100 hours of use.
Storage
When not in use, store the treadmill in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Utilize its compact design to store it under furniture or against a wall.
