Operating Instructions

  1. Turning On: The scale features an "Auto On" function. Simply step onto the scale to activate it.
  2. Weight Measurement:
    • Ensure the scale is on a flat, hard surface.
    • Step onto the scale with bare feet, standing still and centered on the platform.
    • Your weight will be displayed on the 4-color LCD screen. The display will flash a few times and then lock on your final weight.
    • The scale measures in increments of 0.2 lb. / 0.1 kg.
  3. BMI Measurement:

To utilize the BMI function, you may need to input your height and age into the scale's memory. Once your profile is set, the scale will calculate and display your BMI after your weight measurement.

  4. Unit Selection (lb/kg):

On the underside of the scale, near the battery compartment, there is typically a button or switch to change between pounds (lb) and kilograms (kg). Press or slide this to select your preferred unit of measurement.

  5. Auto Off: The scale will automatically turn off after a few seconds of inactivity to conserve battery life.
