Setup

1. Charging the Speaker

Before first use, fully charge the speaker. Connect the provided USB-C charging cable to the speaker's Type-C port and the other end to a USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port. The charging indicator will show the charging status. A full charge takes approximately 2 hours.

2. Powering On/Off

  • To Power On: Press and hold the Power button for 2-3 seconds until you hear an audible prompt.
  • To Power Off: Press and hold the Power button for 2-3 seconds until you hear an audible prompt.

3. Bluetooth Pairing

  1. Ensure the speaker is powered on and in Bluetooth pairing mode (indicated by a flashing LED).
  2. On your device (smartphone, tablet, computer), enable Bluetooth.
  3. Search for "Monster Shock Plus" in the list of available Bluetooth devices.
  4. Select "Monster Shock Plus" to connect. Once connected, you will hear a confirmation sound, and the LED indicator will stop flashing.

4. True Wireless Stereo (TWS) Pairing

TWS allows you to pair two Monster Shock Plus speakers together for a powerful 60W stereo sound experience.

  1. Ensure both speakers are powered on and not connected to any Bluetooth device.
  2. On one speaker (this will be the primary speaker), press the TWS Pairing button. It will enter TWS pairing mode.
  3. The two speakers will automatically connect to each other. You will hear a confirmation sound once TWS pairing is successful.
  4. Now, connect your device to the primary speaker via Bluetooth as described in step 3. Both speakers will play audio in stereo.

5. Other Connectivity Options

  • AUX-IN Mode: Connect an external audio device using the provided 3.5mm AUX cable to the AUX-IN port. The speaker will automatically switch to AUX mode.
  • TF Card Mode: Insert a TF (microSD) card with music files into the TF card slot. The speaker will automatically detect the card and begin playback.
  • USB Mode: Insert a USB flash drive with music files into the USB port. The speaker will automatically detect the drive and begin playback.

Operating Instructions

Music Playback

  • Play/Pause: Press the Play/Pause button to play or pause the current track.
  • Volume Up: Press the Volume + button to increase the volume.
  • Volume Down: Press the Volume - button to decrease the volume.
  • Next Track: Long press the Volume + button to skip to the next track.
  • Previous Track: Long press the Volume - button to go to the previous track.

Hands-Free Calling

With the built-in microphone, you can answer calls directly through the speaker when connected via Bluetooth.

  • Answer Call: Press the Play/Pause button once to answer an incoming call.
  • End Call: Press the Play/Pause button once during a call to end it.
  • Reject Call: Press and hold the Play/Pause button for 2 seconds to reject an incoming call.
