Introduction
This manual provides detailed instructions for the assembly, operation, and maintenance of your JONRRYIN Electric Train Set. This set features a classic steam locomotive with realistic smoke, lights, and sounds, controlled by a remote. Please read these instructions carefully before use to ensure safe and optimal performance.
Safety Information
Not suitable for children under 3 years of age. Use under adult supervision.
- Always ensure the train is on a stable, flat surface during operation.
- Keep small parts away from young children to prevent choking hazards.
- Do not mix old and new batteries. Do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc), or rechargeable (nickel-cadmium) batteries.
- Only use clean water for the smoke effect. Do not add any other liquids.
- Ensure all connections are secure before operating the train.

Setup
1. Track Assembly
Connect the modular track pieces to create your desired layout. The tracks interlock securely. You can create various configurations such as ovals, figure-eights, or custom designs using the curved, straight, Y-shaped, and X-shaped track pieces. Ensure all track connections are firm to prevent derailment.

2. Train Battery Installation
The train is powered by a rechargeable 3.7V Lithium Battery, which is inserted into the coal car. Use a screwdriver to open the battery compartment on the underside of the coal car. Connect the battery to the designated port and place it inside the compartment. Securely close the compartment. The battery can be recharged using the provided USB charging cable.
3. Remote Control Battery Installation
The remote control requires batteries (not included). Please refer to the remote control itself for the specific battery type and installation instructions, typically located on the back of the remote.
4. Connecting Cars
Connect the locomotive, coal car, passenger wagon, and cargo wagon by gently pushing their coupling hooks together. Ensure all cars are securely linked before placing the train on the tracks.
5. Adding Water for Smoke Effect
Locate the water filler opening on the top of the locomotive. Use the provided 80ml water bottle to carefully add clean water into this opening. Do not overfill. This water is used to create the realistic smoke effect.

Operating Instructions
1. Power On
Locate the ON/OFF switch on the locomotive (or coal car, depending on model) and slide it to the 'ON' position. Turn on the remote control.
2. Remote Control Functions
The remote control allows you to operate the train with ease. It typically includes buttons for:
- Forward/Reverse: Controls the train's direction.
- Speed Control: Adjusts the train's speed.
- Whistle/Horn: Activates the train's whistle sound.
- Smoke Effect: Turns the smoke generator on or off.
- Lights: Controls the locomotive's headlight and passenger car lights.

3. Starting and Stopping the Train
Press the 'Forward' button on the remote to start the train. To stop the train, press the 'Stop' button. The train will emit sounds and activate lights and smoke (if water is added) as it moves.

Maintenance
1. Cleaning
Wipe the train and track components with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as these can damage the finish. Ensure no water enters the electronic components.
2. Storage
When not in use, store the train set in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. If storing for an extended period, remove all batteries from both the train and the remote control to prevent leakage and damage.
Troubleshooting
