1. Introduction

The JONR S20 Pro is a versatile 2-in-1 wet dry vacuum cleaner designed for efficient cleaning across various floor types. Its innovative 180° lay-flat design allows it to reach under low furniture, while smart suction adjustment optimizes performance. Featuring a self-cleaning brush and lightweight cordless operation, it simplifies daily cleaning tasks.

2. What's in the Box

Verify that all components are present upon unboxing:

3. Setup

1. Handle Assembly: Insert the handle into the main unit until it clicks securely into place.
2. Charging: Place the assembled vacuum cleaner onto the charging base. Connect the charger to the base and plug it into a power outlet. Ensure the unit is fully charged before first use.
3. Fill Clean Water Tank: Remove the clean water tank. Fill it with clean water up to the MAX line. Add the recommended amount of JONR cleaning solution using the provided measuring cup. Securely close the tank and reattach it to the main unit.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Power On/Off

Press the power button located on the handle to turn the vacuum on or off.

4.2 180° Lay-Flat Design

The JONR S20 Pro features a 180° lay-flat design, allowing the unit to recline completely flat. This enables easy cleaning under low furniture, such as sofas and cabinets, reaching spaces as low as 3.5 inches. The intelligent suction system automatically adjusts for optimal performance in tight, low-clearance areas.

4.3 Smart Suction Adjustment

The intelligent suction system automatically adjusts power based on the detected mess and surface, ensuring efficient cleaning and preventing dust scattering. Note that the wastewater tank capacity reduces to 180ml when lying flat.

4.4 Maneuverability

The 63° swivel head and mini assist wheels provide effortless maneuverability, allowing the vacuum to glide along baseboards, around table legs, and into narrow corners for flawless edge cleaning.

4.5 Cleaning Modes

The vacuum offers different cleaning modes to tackle various messes:

• Standard Mode: Ideal for daily freshness and light debris.
• Power Mode: For tough messes, wet spills, and stubborn dirt.

5. Maintenance

5.1 One-Touch Self-Cleaning

After each use, place the vacuum on its charging base and press the self-cleaning button. The system will automatically rinse the brush roll and internal components, ensuring it's fresh for the next use. The dual comb-tooth and scraper system instantly detangles hair and removes debris from the brush roll.

5.2 Emptying Dirty Water Tank

It is recommended to empty the dirty water tank after each use to prevent odors and maintain hygiene. The anti-backflow design ensures dirty water stays contained, protecting the motor from damage.

6. Troubleshooting

• No Power: Ensure the unit is fully charged and correctly seated on the charging base. Check the power outlet.
• Poor Suction: Check if the dirty water tank is full or if the sponge filter is clogged. Clean the filter and empty the tank if necessary. Ensure the brush roll is free of tangles.
• Water Leakage: Verify that both the clean and dirty water tanks are properly installed and sealed.
• Unpleasant Odor: Empty and thoroughly clean the dirty water tank and brush roll after each use. Run the self-cleaning cycle.
