4. Operating Instructions
4.1 USB Auto-Play and Content Management
The display supports automatic playback of media files from a USB flash drive. It features two USB 2.0 ports for this purpose.
- Content Preparation: Store your video, image, and audio files on a USB flash drive. The display supports various formats including RMVB, FLV, MPEG1/2/4, AVI, DIVX, XDIV, WMV9, H.264, VC-1, MOV, MKV, MP4, TS, M2T, VOB for video; BMP, PNG, GIF, JPEG for images; and MP3, WMA, WAV, EAAC+, MP2, Vorbis(Ogg), AC3, FLAC, APE, BSAC for audio.
- Automatic Copy and Playback: Insert the USB flash drive into one of the USB 2.0 ports on the display. The display will automatically copy the content from the USB drive to its internal storage and begin continuous looping playback. It also supports automatic overwriting of existing content with newer files from the USB drive.

Figure 4.1: USB Ports and Image Rotation. This image illustrates the display's capability for 0°, 90°, 180°, and 270° image rotation, alongside a close-up view of the two USB ports used for content insertion and automatic playback.
4.2 Image Rotation
The display supports image rotation at 0°, 90°, 180°, and 270° degrees, allowing for flexible landscape or portrait orientation of your content. This setting can typically be adjusted within the display's setup menu.
4.3 Split Screen Playback
The display supports split-screen functionality, enabling you to divide the screen into multiple sections to simultaneously play a combination of videos, images, and audio from a single USB drive. This creates dynamic and informative multimedia presentations.
To configure split-screen playback, create a folder named Playtask on your USB drive. Inside this folder, you can define regions for content playback using specific file naming conventions:
- Full Screen Play: Place your video files directly in a folder named
Videoat the root of the USB drive (e.g.,U:/Video). - Two-Part Split Screen:
U:/Playtask/1/1(0-0-960-360)U:/Playtask/1/2(960-0-960-360)
- Three-Part Split Screen:
U:/Playtask/1/1(0-0-640-360)U:/Playtask/1/2(640-0-640-360)U:/Playtask/1/3(1280-0-640-360)
The format for defining regions is (X-Y-W-H), where:
- X: Horizontal axis start coordinate.
- Y: Vertical axis start coordinate.
- W: Width of the region.
- H: Height of the region.

5. Maintenance
5.1 Cleaning the Display
To clean the display screen, gently wipe it with a soft, lint-free cloth. For stubborn marks, slightly dampen the cloth with water or a mild, non-abrasive screen cleaner. Avoid using harsh chemicals, alcohol, or abrasive materials, as these can damage the screen surface.
5.2 Environmental Conditions
Ensure the display operates within the specified temperature ranges to maintain optimal performance and longevity:
- Operating Temperature: 0°C to 45°C (32°F to 113°F)
- Storage Temperature: -20°C to 60°C (-4°F to 140°F)
Avoid exposing the display to direct sunlight, excessive humidity, or extreme temperature fluctuations.
