6. Care and Maintenance

Proper care and maintenance are crucial for the longevity and performance of your hearing aids.

6.1 Daily Cleaning

Gently wipe the hearing aids with a soft, dry cloth daily to remove earwax and debris. Pay special attention to the domes and sound outlets. Do not use water or cleaning solutions directly on the hearing aids unless specifically instructed by the manufacturer.

6.2 Dome Replacement

Regularly inspect the ear domes for wear and tear. Replace them as needed to maintain sound quality and hygiene. Consult the manufacturer's guidelines for recommended replacement frequency.

6.3 Storage

When not in use, store your hearing aids in their charging case. This protects them from dust, moisture, and physical damage, and keeps them charged for your next use. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
