Important Safety Instructions

Setup and Assembly

Follow these steps to assemble your YKYI Cordless Vacuum Cleaner:

1. Attach the Foldable Aluminum Tube: Insert the top end of the foldable aluminum tube into the main unit until it clicks securely into place.
2. Connect the Motorized Brush Head: Attach the motorized brush head to the bottom end of the foldable aluminum tube, ensuring it clicks firmly.
3. Charge the Battery: Before first use, fully charge the vacuum cleaner. Connect the power adapter to the charging port on the main unit or the wall-mounted base. The LED display will indicate charging status. A full charge takes approximately 4-5 hours.
4. Install Wall-Mounted Base (Optional): Choose a suitable location near a power outlet. Secure the wall-mounted base to the wall using appropriate screws and anchors (not included). This provides convenient storage and charging.

Operating Instructions

Power On/Off and Mode Selection

• Power On: Press the power button on the handle to turn on the vacuum cleaner.
• Mode Selection: The LED display shows the current power level and operating mode. Press the mode selection button to cycle through the three available modes:
  • Eco Mode: Provides quiet daily upkeep and extends battery life up to 50 minutes. Ideal for light cleaning.
  • Standard Mode: Balanced suction for general cleaning and effective pet hair removal.
  • Turbo Mode: Maximum suction power (40,000Pa) for ground-in messes and deep cleaning.
• Power Off: Press the power button again to turn off the vacuum cleaner.

Using the Foldable Design

The ergonomic foldable aluminum tube bends 180° to easily clean under furniture like beds and tables without needing to bend over. Simply press the hinge release button on the tube to activate the folding mechanism.

LED Headlights

The integrated LED headlights on the motorized brush head illuminate hidden dust and debris under furniture, ensuring thorough cleaning in dimly lit areas.

Handheld Conversion

To convert to a handheld vacuum, press the release button where the main unit connects to the tube. This allows for versatile cleaning of ceilings, car interiors, sofas, and tight spaces. Attach the crevice tool for hard-to-reach areas.

Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your vacuum cleaner.

Emptying the Dustbin

Empty the dustbin after each use or when the MAX fill line is reached. Press the dustbin release button, detach the dustbin, and empty its contents into a trash can. Use the provided cleaning brush to remove any stubborn debris.

Cleaning the Filters

The 6-stage HEPA filtration system requires regular cleaning to maintain suction power.

• Pre-Motor Filter: Remove the pre-motor filter from the dustbin. Tap it gently to remove loose dust. Rinse under cold water if necessary, ensuring it is completely dry before reinserting.
• HEPA Filter: The HEPA filter is located within the dustbin assembly. Remove it and tap off excess dust. Rinse under cold water only if heavily soiled, and allow it to air dry completely for at least 24 hours before reinstallation.

Important: Do not use hot water or detergents to clean filters. Ensure all filters are completely dry before reassembling the vacuum cleaner to prevent damage and maintain suction.

Cleaning the Roller Brush

The self-cleaning roller comb prevents hair wrap. However, periodically check the roller brush for tangled hair or debris. To clean:

1. Turn off and unplug the vacuum cleaner.
2. Release the roller brush cover on the motorized brush head.
3. Remove the roller brush. Use scissors to cut away any tangled hair or threads.
4. Clean any debris from the brush housing.
5. Reinsert the roller brush and secure the cover.
