Setup
- Install Battery:
Ensure the battery pack (not included) is fully charged. Align the battery pack with the battery port on the inflator and slide it in until it clicks securely into place. To remove, press the battery release button and slide the battery out.
- Attach Shoulder Strap (Optional):
Attach the included shoulder strap to the designated attachment points on the inflator for easier portability.
- Select and Attach Appropriate Nozzle/Hose:
Depending on your task, choose the correct adapter or hose:
- For tire inflation (cars, bikes, motorcycles), use the built-in hose.
- For sports balls, attach the ball needle adapter to the built-in hose.
- For air beds or other inflatables, attach the air bed adapter to the built-in hose.
- For pneumatic tools, connect the 3.2ft air hose to the inflator's air tool port and then to your pneumatic tool.
Operating Instructions
A. Inflator Mode (for Tires, Balls, Inflatables)
- Connect Nozzle: Securely attach the appropriate nozzle (built-in hose for tires, or an adapter for balls/inflatables) to the item you wish to inflate.
- Power On: Press the power button to turn on the inflator. The LCD screen will illuminate, displaying the current pressure.
- Set Target Pressure: Use the '+' and '-' buttons to set your desired target pressure. The unit supports PSI, BAR, and KPA. Refer to the item's manufacturer recommendations for correct pressure.
- Start Inflation: Press the start button to begin inflation. The inflator will automatically stop once the preset pressure is reached.
- Monitor Pressure: While the auto shut-off is reliable, it is good practice to monitor the inflation process, especially for sensitive items.
- Disconnect: Once inflation is complete, disconnect the nozzle from the item.

B. Air Tool Mode (for Pneumatic Tools)
- Connect Air Hose: Connect the 3.2ft air hose to the inflator's air tool port. Ensure a secure connection.
- Connect to Tool: Attach the other end of the air hose to your pneumatic tool (e.g., nail gun).
- Power On: Press the power button. The inflator will operate in air tool mode, providing up to 120 PSI.
- Operate Tool: Use your pneumatic tool as required. The inflator will maintain pressure for continuous operation.
