Setup

Using as a Panini Press / Contact Grill
- Place food items, such as sandwiches or paninis, onto the bottom cooking plate. The 11" x 9.8" plates can accommodate up to 4 sandwiches or 6 paninis.
- Gently lower the top plate onto the food. The floating hinge design ensures even pressure for consistent grilling.
- Cook until desired doneness is achieved. Cooking times will vary based on food type and thickness.
Using as an Indoor Grill (180° Open Flat)
- To use as an open grill, lift the top plate until it locks into the 180-degree flat position.
- This provides a larger grilling surface, ideal for cooking steaks, vegetables, burgers, or other items that do not require pressing.
- Place food on both plates and cook, turning as necessary, until done.
