Operating Instructions

The Aheaplus Closet System is designed for versatile storage and organization.

  • Hanging Rods: Utilize the four expandable hanging rods for shirts, jackets, dresses, and other garments. Adjust their length between 26 and 47 inches to suit your needs.
  • Drawers: The eight wooden drawers provide enclosed storage for folded clothing, accessories, or personal items. Ensure drawers slide smoothly and are not overloaded.
  • Shelving: The four top shelving towers and six interior shelves (two adjustable) offer open storage for shoes, bags, hats, or decorative items. Adjust the two interior shelves to create custom compartment heights.
  • Customization: The modular design allows for multiple installation ways, ideal for spaces measuring 80'', 116.9'', or 154.3'' wide. You can also cut the rods and top shelves to fit even wider or narrower custom configurations.

Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Wipe surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners that could damage the wood finish.
  • Dusting: Regularly dust all surfaces to prevent buildup.
  • Hardware Check: Periodically check all screws and connections to ensure they remain tight. Retighten if necessary.
  • Drawer Functionality: Ensure drawers slide smoothly. If they become stiff, check for obstructions or apply a small amount of silicone lubricant to the runners if applicable.

Troubleshooting

  • Missing or Damaged Parts: If you encounter any missing or damaged parts during installation, do not proceed with assembly. Contact customer service immediately for assistance.
  • Wobbling or Instability: Ensure all screws are fully tightened. Verify that the anti-tip kits are correctly installed and secured to both the wall and the closet system. Uneven flooring can also cause wobbling; consider using shims if needed.
  • Difficulty Connecting Cabinet Units: If one cabinet unit lacks pre-drilled holes for connection, use the provided self-tapping screws to directly secure it to the adjacent unit as instructed in the introduction.
  • Rods Not Fitting: If the expandable rods are too long for your space, they can be cut to size. Ensure precise measurements before cutting.
