3. Setup Guide
- Unpacking: Carefully remove the air cooler from its packaging. Check for any damage during transit. Retain packaging for future storage or transport.
- Placement: Place the air cooler on a firm, level surface. Ensure there is at least 8 inches (20 cm) of clear space around the unit for optimal airflow. Do not place near curtains or other objects that could obstruct the air intake or outlet.
- Filling the Water Tank:
- Open the water tank lid located on the top of the unit.
- Pour clean water into the tank. Observe the water level indicator on the front of the unit to ensure the water does not exceed the 'MAX' line. The reservoir capacity is 4.2 gallons.
- For enhanced cooling, place the provided frozen ice packs into the designated tray within the water tank.
- Close the water tank lid securely.
- Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a standard 120V AC electrical outlet.
4. Operating Instructions
The Uthfy Evaporative Air Cooler can be operated using the touch control panel on the top of the unit or the included remote control.
Control Panel & Remote Functions:
- ON/OFF Button: Press to turn the unit on or off.
- SPEED Button: Cycles through Low, Medium, and High fan speeds.
- MODE Button: Selects between Normal, Natural, Refrigeration (Cooling), and Sleep modes.
- TIMER Button: Sets the auto-off timer from 1 to 12 hours. Each press increases the timer by one hour.
- COOL Button: Activates or deactivates the evaporative cooling function. This function requires water in the tank.
- SWING Button: Activates or deactivates the 120° automatic oscillation of the vertical louvers.
Operating Modes Explained:
- Normal Mode: Provides a constant airflow at the selected speed.
- Natural Mode: Simulates natural breeze by varying fan speeds intermittently.
- Refrigeration (Cooling) Mode: Activates the water pump to circulate water over the cooling pads, providing evaporative cooling. Use with ice packs for maximum effect.
- Sleep Mode: Operates at a lower noise level and gradually reduces fan speed over time for comfortable sleep.

5. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your Uthfy Evaporative Air Cooler.
Cleaning the Water Tank:
- Unplug the appliance from the power outlet.
- Open the water tank lid and carefully remove any ice packs or accessories.
- Drain any remaining water from the tank.
- Wipe the inside of the tank with a soft cloth and mild detergent. Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
- Allow the tank to air dry completely before reassembling or storing.
Cleaning the Air Filter:
- Unplug the appliance.
- Locate the air filter panel on the rear of the unit.
- Carefully remove the air filter.
- Rinse the filter under running water to remove dust and debris. For stubborn dirt, use a soft brush.
- Allow the filter to dry completely before reinstalling. Do not operate the unit without the air filter.
Storage:
When not in use for an extended period, ensure the unit is clean and dry. Store it in a cool, dry place, preferably in its original packaging.
6. Troubleshooting
