1. Important Safety Instructions

3. Setup and Assembly

Follow these steps to correctly assemble your FOHERE Electric Grater before use:

1. Insert Blade: Carefully insert the desired blade into the blade cylinder. Ensure it is securely seated.
2. Install Blade Cylinder: Place the blade cylinder assembly into the main unit. Rotate clockwise to lock it with the cross of the rotation wheel.
3. Attach Processing Bowl: Install the processing bowl onto the top of the main unit. Rotate clockwise to align it with the locking slot and activate the mechanical safety lock.
4. Place Collection Tray: Position the 1.8L collection tray beneath the output chute.
5. Secure Lid: Place the lid on the processing bowl and ensure it is securely closed. The appliance will not operate if the bowl and lid are not correctly locked.

4.1 Power On/Off

Locate the power knob on the side of the unit. The 'I' position indicates ON, and the 'O' position indicates OFF. Ensure the unit is properly assembled and locked before turning it on.

4.2 Food Preparation

• Slicing Blades: For uniform slices of vegetables like cucumbers, carrots, or potatoes. (e.g., 2MM Slicing Blade, Wave Slicing Blade)

2. Place the ingredient into the wide inlet chute. For larger items like potatoes, place them horizontally. For longer, thinner items like carrots, place them vertically. The 3.6-inch wide chute accommodates whole potatoes and large vegetables without pre-cutting.
3. Turn the power knob to the 'I' (ON) position.
4. Gently press the ingredient down using the food pusher. Never use your hands.
5. The processed food will collect in the 1.8-liter container below.
6. Once finished, turn the power knob to the 'O' (OFF) position and unplug the unit.

1. Disassembly: Unplug the appliance. Remove the processing bowl, lid, food pusher, and blade cylinder. Carefully remove the blade from the cylinder.
2. Washing: All removable parts (blade, bowl, lid, pusher, collection tray, blade cylinder) are dishwasher safe. For manual cleaning, rinse under running water. Use the provided cleaning brush to remove any food residue from the blades and other components.
3. Motor Unit: Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth. Never immerse the motor unit in water.
