- Battery Replacement: The portable transmitter uses a CR2032 battery. When the remote control range decreases or it stops responding, replace the battery. To replace, open the back cover of the transmitter, remove the old battery, and insert a new CR2032 battery with the correct polarity.
- Storage: Store the device in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures when not in use for extended periods.
Troubleshooting
- Device not responding:
- Ensure the receiver is properly plugged into a live wall socket.
- Check if the appliance connected to the receiver is powered on and functioning correctly.
- Replace the battery in the portable transmitter.
- Re-pair the transmitter and receiver following the "Pairing Instructions" in the Operating section.
- Reduced remote control range:
- Replace the battery in the portable transmitter.
- Ensure there are no excessive obstructions (e.g., thick concrete walls, large metal objects) between the transmitter and receiver.
- Avoid placing the receiver near strong electromagnetic interference sources.
- Appliance turns ON/OFF unexpectedly:
- This is rare due to the RF 433MHz technology. Try re-pairing the devices to reset the connection.
