6.2 Water Resistance

The OHAYO T10 earbuds are IPX6 waterproof, meaning they are resistant to strong jets of water. This makes them suitable for workouts and light rain. However, they are not designed for swimming or submersion in water. Ensure the earbuds are dry before placing them back in the charging case.

7. Troubleshooting

  • Earbuds not pairing: Ensure both earbuds are charged and out of the case. Turn off and on your device's Bluetooth. If issues persist, try resetting the earbuds (refer to manufacturer's website for specific reset instructions if not in this manual).
  • Only one earbud working: Place both earbuds back in the charging case, close the lid, wait a few seconds, then open the lid and try again. Ensure both earbuds have sufficient charge.
  • Low volume or poor sound quality: Check the volume level on both your device and the earbuds. Ensure the earbuds are clean and properly positioned on your ears.
  • Charging issues: Ensure the charging cable is securely connected to both the case and a power source. Check if the charging contacts on the earbuds and inside the case are clean.
  • Calls are not clear: The earbuds feature ENC technology for clear calls. Ensure the microphone is not obstructed. If the issue persists, try moving to a quieter environment.
