Setup
- Unboxing: Carefully remove the anyloop Smart Scale S3 from its packaging. Ensure all components are present: 1 x anyloop Smart Scale, 4 x 1.5V AAA Batteries, 1 x Quick Start Guide.
- Battery Installation: Open the battery compartment on the underside of the scale and insert the 4 AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity.
- Placement: Place the scale on a flat, hard surface for accurate measurements. Avoid soft surfaces like carpets.
- App Download: Scan the QR code provided in the Quick Start Guide or search for "Fitdays" in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store to download the companion application.
- Bluetooth Pairing: Enable Bluetooth on your smartphone. Open the "Fitdays" app and follow the on-screen instructions to pair your device with the scale.

Operating Instructions
Taking a Measurement
- Ensure the scale is on a flat, hard surface.
- Open the "Fitdays" app on your smartphone and navigate to the measurement page.
- Step onto the scale with bare feet. Ensure your feet are evenly covering the electrode areas for full body composition analysis.
- The scale will display your weight and then transmit all 14 body composition indicators to the app.
App Features
- Detailed Data Tracking: The app provides graphs and trends of your body composition indicators over time (days, weeks, months, years).
- Multi-User Support: Create up to 24 member profiles within the app, allowing each family member to track their progress individually.
