3. Package Contents

Before beginning assembly, ensure all parts listed below are present and undamaged. If any parts are missing or damaged, please contact customer support.

4. Assembly Instructions

Assembly is required for this bed frame. It is recommended to have two people for assembly. Please follow the steps carefully.

1. Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging. Lay them out on a soft, clean surface to prevent scratches. Verify all parts against the package contents list.
2. Assemble Headboard: Attach the wingback sections to the main headboard panel using the provided hardware. Ensure all connections are snug but do not overtighten.
3. Attach Side Rails: Connect the side rails to the headboard and footboard using the designated bolts and nuts. Ensure the connections are secure.
4. Install Center Support: Place the center support beam along the length of the frame. Secure it to the headboard and footboard, and attach any support legs if provided.
5. Attach Bed Legs: Screw the bed legs into the designated points on the frame. Ensure they are tightened securely for stability.

6. Install Wood Slats: Lay the solid wood slats across the frame. The slats are designed with velcro and EVA mute bars for easy installation and noise reduction. Press them firmly onto the velcro strips on the side rails.

7. Final Check: Double-check all bolts and connections to ensure they are tight and secure. The bed frame is now ready for use.

5. Operating Instructions (Charging Station)

The integrated charging station provides convenient power for your electronic devices.

1. Power Connection: Ensure the bed frame's power cord for the charging station is properly plugged into a functional wall outlet.
2. Connect Devices: Use compatible USB-A or USB-C cables to connect your mobile phone, tablet, lamp, humidifier, or other electronic devices to the respective ports on the headboard.

6. Maintenance

• Regular Checks: Periodically check all bolts and connections to ensure they remain tight. Retighten if necessary.
• Charging Port: Keep the charging ports free of dust and debris. Use a soft, dry brush if cleaning is needed.

7. Troubleshooting

• Squeaking Noise:
  • Ensure all bolts are securely tightened.
  • Verify that the wooden slats are properly seated on the velcro strips and that the EVA mute bars are in place.
• Unstable Frame:
  • Check that the bed frame is on a level surface.
  • Confirm all legs are firmly attached and evenly supporting the frame.
  • Retighten all assembly hardware.
• Charging Station Not Working:
  • Ensure the bed frame's power cord is securely plugged into a live wall outlet.
  • Try a different device or charging cable to rule out device/cable issues.
  • Check for any visible damage to the charging ports or cables.
