  • Storage: When not in use, store the mouse in a clean, dry environment away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
  • Avoid Liquids: Do not expose the mouse or charging dock to liquids, as this can cause damage to internal components.

9. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your G3PRO mouse, refer to the following common solutions:

  • Mouse not responding: Ensure the mouse is charged. Check the 2.4G/OFF/BT switch is in the correct position (2.4G or BT). For 2.4G mode, ensure the USB receiver is securely plugged in. For Bluetooth, re-pair the device. Try wired mode to confirm functionality.
  • Lag or Disconnection: Ensure the 2.4G receiver is not obstructed and is close to the mouse. Avoid using the mouse near other wireless devices that may cause interference. For Bluetooth, ensure your device's Bluetooth is enabled and updated.
  • Charging Issues: Verify the USB-C cable is properly connected to both the dock/mouse and the power source. Ensure the mouse is correctly seated on the magnetic charging dock. Try a different USB port or power adapter.
  • DPI/Button Settings not working: Ensure the ATTACK SHARK software/web driver is installed and updated. Check if custom profiles are correctly loaded.
