• Do not overtighten screws, as this can damage components.
• After applying silicone sealant, wait a minimum of 24 hours before using the shower to allow for proper curing.

4. Installation Guide

This section provides step-by-step instructions for installing your Sunrosa Neo-Angle Corner Shower Enclosure. For a visual guide, please refer to the installation video below.

Step-by-Step Instructions:

1. Measure and Position Wall Jambs: Measure the length (L) and width (W) of your mounting position. Position the Wall Jambs [01] against the wall, ensuring they are perfectly vertical using a spirit level. The adjustable width range is 34 3/8" to 35".
2. Mark and Drill Holes: Mark the drilling points through the pre-drilled holes in the Wall Jambs. Drill the marked points with a 6 mm (1/4") drill bit.
3. Insert Wall Plugs and Secure Jambs: Tap the Wall Plugs [13] into the drilled holes. Secure the Wall Jambs [01] using Screws ST4x35 [14].
4. Install Fixed Panels: Install the left and right Fixed Panels [09] & [10] into both Wall Jambs [01]. Press the Locking Strip [07] into the jamb channels from the shower interior sides until the glass is securely fastened.
5. Attach Support Frames: Horizontally bridge the left Fixed Panel [09] and right Fixed Panel [10] using the Top Support Frame [02] and Bottom Support Frame [03] with the provided screws.
6. Install Pivot Hinges: Install the Pivot Hinge [12] in both the top and bottom corners of the Door Panel [08].
7. Mount Door Panel: Lift the Door Panel [08] up, align the bottom Pivot Hinge with the pre-installed pivot base on the Bottom Support Frame [03], then insert it and tighten to lock.
8. Attach Handle: Attach the Handle [11] to the Door Panel [08].
9. Install Side Seal Strip: Install the Side Seal Strip [05] to the side edge of the Door Panel [08], adjacent to the pivot hinge location.
10. Install Magnetic Seals: Install the Magnetic Seals [04] to the edges of the Door Panel [08] and Fixed Panel [09] to ensure a secure, watertight closure.
11. Install Bottom Sealing Strip: Align the Sealing Strip [06] along the bottom edge of the Door Panel [08]. Cut the strip at the dotted lines corresponding to the door's pivot hinge. Install the front section of the strip flush against the bottom edge of the door. Fit the rear section to the remaining bottom edge and trim off any excess.
12. Apply Sealant: Apply silicone sealant along the wall and the threshold of the shower door.
13. Curing Time: You must wait 24 hours before using the shower to allow the sealant to cure completely. Do not allow water to directly spray the door during this period.

The Sunrosa Neo-Angle Corner Shower Enclosure features a pivot door design for ease of use and space efficiency.

• Opening and Closing: The pivot design allows the door to open 90 degrees outwards, providing a wide and unobstructed entrance.
• Magnetic Closure: The door is equipped with a magnetic seal that ensures a quiet, smooth, and secure closure, forming a reliable, leak-proof barrier.

6. Maintenance and Care

Proper care will ensure the longevity and appearance of your shower enclosure.

• Easy-Clean Coating: The glass panels are treated with a special easy-clean coating that resists water spots and soap scum. For daily maintenance, simply wipe the glass with a soft cloth after each use.
• General Cleaning: For routine cleaning, use a mild, non-abrasive cleaner and a soft cloth or sponge. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive pads, or scouring powders, as these can damage the glass coating and frame finish.
• Frame Care: Wipe the aluminum frame with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly to prevent water spots and maintain its finish.
• Seal Maintenance: Periodically check the magnetic and sealing strips for wear or damage. Replace if necessary to maintain watertight performance.

7. Troubleshooting

• Leaking:
  • Check all silicone sealant lines for gaps or cracks. Reapply sealant if necessary.
  • Ensure the magnetic and sealing strips are properly installed and free from damage. Replace worn strips.
  • Verify that the shower base is level and the enclosure is installed plumb.
• Door Not Closing Properly:
  • Check for any obstructions preventing the door from closing fully.
  • Inspect the pivot hinges for proper alignment and tightness. Adjust if needed.
  • Ensure the magnetic seals are clean and making full contact.
• Wobbly Panels:
  • Verify that all screws securing the wall jambs and support frames are tightened.
  • Ensure the locking strips are fully inserted into the jamb channels.
