5. Setup & Installation
5.1 Wiring Diagram
Refer to the diagram below for correct wiring. Ensure all connections are secure.

5.2 Physical Installation
- Disconnect Power: Turn off the main power supply to the circuit at your home's circuit breaker.
- Remove Existing Switch: Carefully remove your existing 2-button roller shutter switch from the wall box.
- Wire the Module: Connect the LoraTap module according to the wiring diagram (Image 1). Connect the Live (L) and Neutral (N) wires from your power supply to the corresponding terminals on the module. Connect the motor's UP and DOWN wires to L1 and L2 respectively. - Download App: Download the 'Smart Life' app from your smartphone's app store (iOS or Android).
- Register/Login: Create an account or log in to your existing Smart Life account.
- Add Device: In the app, tap '+' to add a new device. Select 'Curtain Switch' or 'Shutter Switch'.
- Enter WiFi Details: Ensure your phone is connected to a 2.4 GHz WiFi network. Enter your WiFi password.

You can operate the roller shutter using the connected 2-button wall switch as usual. The module will register these actions.
6.2 App Control (0-100% Positioning)
Open the Smart Life app and select your roller shutter module. You can precisely adjust the shutter's position from 0% (fully closed) to 100% (fully open) using a slider or by entering a specific percentage. This allows for fine-tuned light and privacy control.
