1. Product Overview

2. Safety Instructions

Operating a gasoline-powered model car requires adherence to strict safety guidelines to prevent injury or damage. Please read and understand all instructions before use.

• Age Recommendation: This product is intended for users aged 14 years and older. Due to the complexity, speed, and use of flammable fuel, it is not suitable for younger individuals.
• Fuel Handling: Use only recommended gasoline mixtures. Handle fuel in a well-ventilated area, away from open flames, sparks, or other ignition sources. Store fuel in approved containers.
• Ventilation: Operate the engine in a well-ventilated outdoor area. Exhaust fumes contain carbon monoxide, which is dangerous if inhaled.
• Hot Parts: The engine and exhaust system become extremely hot during operation and remain hot for some time after shutdown. Avoid touching these components to prevent burns.
• Moving Parts: Keep hands, hair, and loose clothing away from all moving parts, such as wheels, gears, and the engine flywheel, to prevent entanglement or injury.
• Operating Environment: Operate the buggy in open, clear areas, away from people, pets, and obstacles. Do not operate near public roads, water, or in confined spaces.
• Supervision: Always operate the model under direct adult supervision, especially for less experienced users.

4. Setup

4.1 Fuel Preparation

The Carbon Fighter III uses a 2-stroke gasoline engine. It requires a specific mixture of gasoline and 2-stroke oil. Refer to the engine manufacturer's recommendations for the correct mixing ratio (typically 25:1 or 33:1). Use high-quality unleaded gasoline and synthetic 2-stroke oil.

1. Mix the gasoline and 2-stroke oil in a separate, approved fuel container.
2. Carefully pour the mixed fuel into the buggy's fuel tank, ensuring not to overfill. Secure the fuel cap tightly.

4.2 Radio Control System Setup

The 2.4 GHz radio control system is pre-bound from the factory. Ensure fresh batteries are installed in the transmitter. Check the steering and throttle servo responses before starting the engine.

• Install the required batteries (not included) into the radio control transmitter according to its specific manual.
• Turn on the transmitter first, then the receiver on the buggy.
• Verify that the steering wheel controls the front wheels correctly and the throttle trigger operates the carburetor linkage. Adjust trim settings if necessary.

5. Operating

5.1 Engine Starting Procedure

Always follow the engine manufacturer's starting instructions. Typically, this involves:

1. Ensure the radio control system is on and functioning.
2. Set the throttle trim to neutral and the choke to the 'ON' position (if applicable).
3. Pull the starter cord firmly and smoothly until the engine fires.
4. Once the engine starts, gradually move the choke to the 'OFF' position. Allow the engine to warm up for a few minutes before driving.

5.2 Driving the Buggy

The Carbon Fighter III is equipped with rear-wheel drive, offering exciting power drifts and agile handling. Practice in an open area to familiarize yourself with its characteristics.

• Throttle Control: Use the trigger on the transmitter to control acceleration (pull) and braking/reverse (push).
• Steering Control: Use the steering wheel on the transmitter to turn the front wheels left and right.
• 2.4 GHz System: The 2.4 GHz radio system provides excellent range and interference-free operation, but always maintain a clear line of sight to the model.

6. Maintenance
