6. Operating Instructions
6.1 Pre-Flight Preparation
- Place the drone on a flat, open surface.
- Turn on the drone by pressing and holding the power button on the battery.
- Turn on the remote control by pressing the power switch.
- Wait for the drone and remote control to connect. The indicator lights on the drone will change from flashing to solid once connected.
- Perform gyroscope calibration by pushing both joysticks to the bottom-left or bottom-right corners simultaneously until the drone lights flash rapidly and then become solid.
- Perform compass calibration as instructed in the APP manual. This is crucial for accurate GPS functionality.
- Ensure GPS signal is acquired (indicated on the remote control screen) before attempting outdoor flight.
6.2 Takeoff and Landing
- Manual Takeoff: Push both joysticks to the bottom-inner corners to unlock the motors. Then, slowly push the left joystick (throttle) upwards to take off.

8. Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Drone does not power on. | Battery is depleted or not properly inserted. | Charge the drone battery. Ensure the battery is securely inserted. |
| Remote control does not power on. | Remote control battery is depleted. | Charge the remote control battery. |
| Drone cannot connect to remote control. | Improper pairing sequence or interference. | Ensure both devices are powered on. Re-attempt pairing procedure (power drone first, then remote). Move to an area with less interference. |
| Drone drifts during flight. | Gyroscope not calibrated or strong wind. | Perform gyroscope calibration. Avoid flying in strong winds. |
| GPS signal is weak or unavailable. | Flying indoors or in an area with obstructions. | Fly in an open outdoor area. Perform compass calibration. |
| Poor image/video quality or no recording. | Memory card issues or camera settings. | Ensure memory card is inserted correctly and has sufficient space. Format the memory card if necessary. Check camera settings in the app. |
| Obstacle avoidance not working. | Sensors are dirty or range exceeded. | Clean the obstacle avoidance sensors. Note that avoidance has a limited range (approx. 20m). |
