3. Setup and Assembly

Follow these steps to assemble your BestGlory Office Desk Chair. It is recommended that two people install it together for ease and safety.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Assemble the Chair Base:
   Attach the five chair legs (B) to the chair base (A) using the provided screws (M). Firmly install the five casters (C) by pushing them into the holes of the base. Turn the assembled base over and place the gas lift cylinder (D) into the central hole.
2. Assemble the Armrests:
   Attach the armrest pads (G) to the armrest frames (F) using screws (P). Repeat for both armrests.
3. Attach Base Plate to Seat Cushion:
   Place the seat cushion (H) upside down. Attach the base plate (E) to the underside of the seat cushion using screws (N). Ensure the "FRONT" label on the seat cushion aligns with the front of the base plate. You can align the four screws with the screw holes before tightening them.
4. Attach Armrests to Seat Cushion:
   Place the seat cushion on its side, or on the box for stability. Attach the assembled armrests to the sides of the seat cushion using screws (P).
5. Attach Backrest to Seat Cushion:
   Lift the decorative fabric on the backrest (I) to expose the screw holes. With assistance, place the backrest onto the seat cushion, aligning the screw holes. Secure the backrest to the seat cushion using screws (P). After tightening, cover the decorative fabric.
6. Install the Footrest:
   Attach the footrest (K) to the designated area under the seat cushion using screws (N).
7. Final Assembly:
   Carefully place the assembled seat and backrest onto the gas lift cylinder. Ensure it is securely seated.
8. Add Lumbar Pillow:
   Place the lumbar pillow on the chair backrest for additional support.

• Seat Height Adjustment: Locate the lever on the right side under the seat. Pull the lever up to raise the seat. To lower the seat, pull the lever up while seated. Release the lever to lock the height.
• Reclining Function (90°-135°): Use the lever on the left side under the seat. Pull the lever out to unlock the recline function, allowing the backrest to tilt. Push the lever in to lock the backrest at your desired angle. The chair supports 3 reclining positions for work, relaxation, and rest.
• Retractable Footrest: Pull the footrest out from under the seat when desired. Flip the padded section over to extend it. Push it back under the seat when not in use.
• Armrest Adjustment: The armrests are adjustable in height. Locate the button or lever on the side of each armrest to adjust them to your preferred height.
• 360° Swivel: The chair is designed with a smooth 360° swivel function for easy movement and access.

5. Maintenance

Proper care will extend the life and appearance of your chair.

• Cleaning: Wipe clean with a damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners that may damage the faux leather.
• Inspection: Periodically check all screws and bolts to ensure they are tight. Retighten if necessary.
• Avoid Direct Sunlight: Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight can cause the faux leather to fade or crack.

• Reclining Mechanism Not Working: Check that the reclining lever is fully engaged or disengaged as intended. Ensure no obstructions are preventing the backrest from tilting.
• Casters Not Rolling Smoothly: Check for any debris (hair, dust) caught in the casters. Clean them if necessary.
