4. Setup

4.1 Charging the Battery

The electric knife is powered by an 8V rechargeable battery with a 2000 mAh capacity, providing up to 40 minutes of continuous operation. Before first use, fully charge the battery.

4.2 Assembling the Blades

Always ensure the knife is turned off before inserting or removing blades.

1. Select the appropriate blade set (meat or bread) for your task.
2. Align the blade group with the slots in the knife handle.
3. Push the blades firmly into the slots until you hear a "click," ensuring they are securely inserted into the guide and slots.

1. Ensure the blades are correctly inserted and the battery is charged.
2. Press and hold the ON/OFF button for 2.5 seconds to power on the device.
3. Place the carving fork firmly into the food you wish to slice to stabilize it.
4. Position the knife blades against the food.
5. Press and hold the trigger to start the blades. Guide the knife through the food with light pressure. Allow the blades to do the work.
6. Release the trigger to stop the blades.
7. After use, press and hold the ON/OFF button for 2.5 seconds to turn off the device.
