Setup

Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and the charging case. Connect the USB-C cable to the charging case and a power source. The LED display on the case will show the charging progress. The earbuds will charge automatically when placed inside the case.

Pairing with a Device

1. Ensure the earbuds are charged.
2. Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode, indicated by a flashing light on the earbuds.
3. On your device (smartphone, tablet, laptop), enable Bluetooth.
4. Search for available Bluetooth devices and select "Cillso X97" (or similar name) from the list.
5. Once connected, the earbud indicator lights will turn off or show a steady light, and you will hear a confirmation tone.

The earbuds support Bluetooth 5.4, providing a stable connection up to 15 meters (50 feet) without interruptions. They are compatible with iOS, Android, and Windows systems.

Operating Instructions

Touch Controls

The Cillso X97 earbuds feature touch-sensitive controls on each earbud for easy management of audio playback and calls.

Mono Mode

The earbuds can be used individually (mono mode) or together (binaural mode). To use one earbud, simply take one out of the case and connect it to your device. The other earbud can remain in the case or be used later.

Wearing the Earbuds

For optimal sound quality and a secure fit, choose the correct size ear tips from the three provided options (S/M/L). The flexible earhooks are designed to keep the earbuds firmly in place, even during strenuous activities.

1. Select the ear tips that provide a comfortable and snug seal in your ear canal.
2. Place the earbud into your ear, ensuring the ear tip is properly seated.
3. Adjust the flexible earhook over the top of your ear until it feels secure and comfortable.

Charging

The Cillso X97 earbuds and charging case offer extended battery life for prolonged use.

The charging case features an LED percentage display, allowing you to easily monitor the power status of the case and ensure your earbuds are always ready for use.

Maintenance

Cleaning

Regular cleaning helps maintain the performance and longevity of your earbuds.

• Use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth to wipe the earbuds and charging case.
• Gently remove any earwax or debris from the ear tips and speaker grilles using a small, soft brush or cotton swab.
• Do not use abrasive cleaners, alcohol, or chemical solvents.

Water Resistance

The Cillso X97 earbuds are IP7 waterproof, meaning they are protected against immersion in water up to 1 meter for up to 30 minutes. They are resistant to sweat, rain, and splashes, making them ideal for workouts and outdoor activities.

Note: The charging case is not waterproof. Do not expose the charging case to water or moisture.

Storage

When not in use, store the earbuds in their charging case to protect them and keep them charged. Store in a cool, dry place away from extreme temperatures.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues with your Cillso X97 Wireless Earbuds, please refer to the following common solutions:

• Earbuds not pairing:
  • Ensure both earbuds are charged.
  • Turn off Bluetooth on your device, then turn it back on.
  • Delete "Cillso X97" from your device's Bluetooth list and attempt to re-pair.
  • Place earbuds back in the case, close the lid, wait a few seconds, then open to re-enter pairing mode.
• No sound from one earbud:
  • Ensure both earbuds are charged.
  • Try placing both earbuds back in the charging case, closing the lid, and then taking them out again.
  • Check your device's audio balance settings.
• Earbuds not charging:
  • Ensure the charging cable is securely connected to both the case and the power source.
  • Check if the charging case itself has power (LED display should show battery level).
  • Ensure the charging contacts on the earbuds and inside the case are clean and free of debris.
• Poor sound quality:
  • Ensure the earbuds are properly seated in your ears and you are using the correct size ear tips for a good seal.
  • Move closer to your connected device to avoid interference.
  • Clean the speaker grilles of the earbuds.
