The device defaults to English. To switch to Spanish or Portuguese, send the 12-digit serial number (SN) located on the back of your KM100X to autelsupply@outlook.com for authorization.

- As of August 25, 2025, key programming functions for Ford vehicles have significant limitations. For Ford key programming, it is strongly recommended to send your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) to autelsupply@outlook.com to check compatibility before attempting.
- The Autel KM100 (X), KM100, and KM100E models do not support key programming for Benz, Porsche, or Renault cars.
- The device does NOT support All Keys Lost (AKL) functions for GM, Toyota, Lexus, or Renault. For specific function compatibility, send your Car VIN and the desired function to autelsupply@outlook.com.

If you receive a device that appears to be already registered, do not be concerned. Contact autelsupply@outlook.com for proper resolution and assistance with registration.
