3.1. Key Components

• 2-Inch Digital Display: Shows battery level, real-time tire pressure, inflation mode, and charging status.
• Power Button: Activates the device and checks battery level.
• Inflation Mode Button (M/U): Switches between inflation modes (car, motorcycle, bicycle, ball, custom) and pressure units (BAR/KPA/PSI).
• +/- Buttons: Adjusts target pressure.
• LED Light Button: Activates and cycles through flashlight modes.
• Jumpstart Port: Connects smart jumper clamps.
• Air Compressor Port: Connects inflation hose.

4. Setup

4.1. Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the UTRAI JS-10. Use the provided USB-C charging cable and a compatible PD65W wall adapter (not included) for optimal charging speed. The digital display will show the charging status and battery percentage. A full charge from 0% to 100% can take approximately 1.5 hours with a PD65W adapter.

• Connect the USB-C charging cable to the USB-C port on the jump starter.
• Connect the other end of the cable to a suitable USB wall adapter.
• The display will indicate 'IN' and the battery percentage will increase as it charges.
• Once 100% is displayed, the device is fully charged.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Jump Starting a Vehicle

The UTRAI JS-10 can reliably revive 12V vehicles (all gasoline engines and up to 10L diesel engines). It supports 30-50 jump starts on a single charge.

• Ensure the jump starter has sufficient charge (above 50% recommended).
• Insert the smart jumper clamps into the jumpstart port of the device.
• Connect the red clamp to the vehicle's positive (+) battery terminal.
• Connect the black clamp to the vehicle's negative (-) battery terminal.
• The digital display on the jump starter will show the battery voltage and 'READY' if safe to start.
• Force Start Mode (for totally dead batteries): If the display does not show 'READY' or the battery is extremely low, press and hold the 'BOOST' button on the smart clamp for approximately 3 seconds until the indicator turns solid green. This bypasses safety checks for a quick boost.
• Start the vehicle's engine.
• Once the engine starts, immediately remove the smart clamps from the vehicle battery terminals within 30 seconds.
• Disconnect the smart clamps from the jump starter.

5.2. Using the Air Compressor

The built-in 150PSI air compressor features auto-shutoff at preset pressures and includes 4 nozzle adapters for various inflatables.

• Short press the Power Button to turn on the device.
• Screw the inflation hose into the air compressor port on the device.
• Attach the appropriate nozzle adapter to the other end of the hose and connect it securely to the item you wish to inflate (e.g., tire valve).
• Press the 'M/U' button to cycle through inflation modes (car, motorcycle, bicycle, ball) and pressure units (PSI, BAR, KPA).
• Use the '+/-' buttons to set your desired target pressure.
• Press the Power Button again to start inflation. The compressor will automatically stop once the preset pressure is reached.
• Disconnect the hose and store the device.

5.3. Using as a Power Bank

The UTRAI JS-10 features a 27000mAh battery capacity and multiple output ports for charging various electronic devices.

• Short press the Power Button to activate the device.
• Connect your electronic device (phone, tablet, etc.) to the appropriate USB-C or USB-A output port using a compatible charging cable.
• The device will begin charging. The digital display will show 'OUT' indicating power output.
• For 12V accessories, use the DC output port with a suitable connector.

5.4. Using the LED Torch

The 600-lumen LED torch offers 4 modes for various emergency lighting needs.

• Press and hold the LED Light Button for 3 seconds to turn on the spotlight mode.
• Short press the button again to cycle through the modes: SOS, Strobe, and Red Warning Light (like a warning triangle).
• Press and hold the button for 3 seconds to turn off the LED torch.

6. Maintenance

• Store the device in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture.
• Recharge the device every 3-6 months to maintain battery health, even if not used.
• Keep the device clean and free from dust and debris. Use a soft, dry cloth for cleaning.
• Do not disassemble the product. Refer to qualified service personnel for repairs.

7. Troubleshooting

The smart jumper clamps have built-in indicators and audible alerts for common issues:

• Flashing Green/Red: Not connected to battery or incorrect connection.
• Solid Green: Ready to jump start.
• Solid Red with Beep: Reverse polarity connection. Disconnect and reconnect correctly.
• Flashing Red with Beep: Short circuit. Disconnect immediately.
• Solid Red: Overheating. Allow device to cool down.
• Low Voltage: Battery voltage is too low. Use Force Start mode if necessary.
