Setup and First Use

Charging the Device
Before first use, fully charge your SUUNTO Run watch. The watch features a fast charging function, allowing a full recharge in approximately one hour. Use the provided charging cable by aligning it with the magnetic charging pins on the back of the watch.

Connecting to the SUUNTO App
Download the official SUUNTO App on your smartphone. Follow the on-screen instructions within the app to pair your SUUNTO Run watch. The app is essential for analyzing performance data, planning routes, and syncing workouts from your watch.

Precise Location Tracking
Equipped with advanced dual-frequency GPS technology, the SUUNTO Run offers real-time precise location tracking for outdoor activities. Features like Breadcrumb Trail and navigation allow you to view your route and key points directly on your wrist, ensuring you stay on track during your training sessions.

Operating Instructions
Navigating the Interface
The SUUNTO Run features a 1.32" AMOLED touchscreen and a crown button for navigation. Swipe across the touchscreen to access different widgets and menus. Use the crown button to scroll through options and confirm selections. The interface is designed for quick viewing and easy interaction.
Starting a Workout
From the watch face, navigate to the sport modes. Select your desired activity (e.g., Running, Cycling). Wait for GPS acquisition if it's an outdoor activity. Press the start button to begin recording your workout. The watch will track relevant metrics for your chosen sport.
Using GPS Navigation
For route guidance, upload your desired route to the SUUNTO App and sync it with your watch. During an activity, select the navigation feature to view your Breadcrumb Trail and follow the route. This helps you stay oriented without getting lost.
Heart Rate and Sleep Tracking
The watch continuously tracks your wrist-based heart rate throughout the day and during workouts. It also monitors your sleep patterns, providing data on sleep duration and quality to aid in recovery.
