3. Setup

3.1 Initial Charging

3.2 Attaching the Air Hose and Nozzle

  1. Screw the air hose securely onto the inflator's air outlet.
  2. Select the appropriate nozzle adapter for the item you wish to inflate (e.g., Schrader valve for car tires, Presta valve adapter for some bike tires, needle for balls).
  3. Attach the selected nozzle adapter to the end of the air hose.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Powering On and Display Overview

Press and hold the power button (⑂) for 5 seconds to activate the screen. The display will show the current pressure unit (PSI, BAR, KPA, kg/cm²), battery level, and current pressure readings.

4.2 Selecting Pressure Unit and Mode

  • Press the 'U' button to cycle through pressure units: PSI, BAR, KPA, kg/cm².
  • Press the 'M' button to switch between preset inflation modes: Bicycle, Motorcycle, Car, and Ball. Each mode has a default pressure range.

4.3 Setting Desired Pressure

After selecting a mode, use the '+' and '-' buttons to adjust the target pressure value. The inflator supports up to 180 PSI.

4.4 Wireless Inflation Steps

  1. Connect the air hose to the valve of the item to be inflated.
  2. Press and hold the power button (⑂) for 5 seconds to activate the screen.
  3. Press the 'M' button to switch to the desired mode (or set custom pressure).
  4. Press the power button (⑂) again to start the pump. The inflator will automatically stop when the preset pressure is reached.

4.5 Corded Inflation Steps (Using 12V DC)

If the internal battery is depleted or for extended use, the inflator can be powered via a 12V DC cigarette lighter socket.

  1. Start your car engine.
  2. Insert the 12V DC cigarette lighter cable into the vehicle's cigarette lighter socket.
  3. Connect the air hose to the valve of the item to be inflated.
  4. Press the 'M' button to switch to the desired mode (or set custom pressure).
  5. Press the power button (⑂) to start the pump. The inflator will automatically stop when the preset pressure is reached.

4.6 Using the LED Light

Press and hold the 'U' button for 5 seconds to turn the integrated LED light on or off. This feature is useful for operating in low-light conditions.

4.7 Power Bank Function

The inflator can serve as a power bank. Connect your electronic device (e.g., mobile phone) to the inflator's USB-A output port using a compatible charging cable.

5. Maintenance

5.1 Charging the Battery

To maintain battery health, charge the inflator regularly, especially if it has not been used for an extended period. The battery can provide continuous operation for 1 to 3 hours on a full charge.

5.2 Cleaning and Storage

  • Wipe the inflator with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.

  • Inflator does not turn on: Ensure the battery is charged or connect the 12V DC power cable. Press and hold the power button (⑂) for 5 seconds.
  • Inflator does not start pumping: Check if the air hose is securely connected to both the inflator and the tire valve. Ensure a pressure mode is selected and the power button (⑂) is pressed to start.
  • Inaccurate pressure readings: Ensure the air hose connection to the tire valve is tight to prevent air leakage. The device has a measurement accuracy of ±1 PSI.
  • Slow inflation: Verify the selected mode and target pressure are appropriate for the item being inflated. Ensure the battery is sufficiently charged for optimal performance.
  • 12V DC cable not working: Check the fuse within the cigarette lighter plug and replace if necessary (refer to Section 5.3).
  • Device heats up during use: It is normal for the inflator to generate some heat during operation. Allow it to cool down if it becomes excessively hot.
