Model: PW1500BL

1. Important Safety Information

Please read and understand all safety warnings and instructions before operating the AgiiMan Electric Pressure Washer. Failure to follow these instructions may result in electric shock, fire, and/or serious injury.

  • Electrical Safety: Always connect the pressure washer to a grounded outlet. The unit is equipped with a Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFCI) for leakage protection. Do not bypass or modify the GFCI. Ensure hands are dry before plugging or unplugging the unit.
  • Water Pressure Safety: The pressure washer generates high-pressure water streams. Never direct the spray at people, pets, electrical devices, or the unit itself. Keep a safe distance from the cleaning surface to avoid damage.
  • Operating Environment: Use the pressure washer in a well-ventilated area. Do not operate in explosive atmospheres, such as in the presence of flammable liquids, gases, or dust.
  • Personal Protective Equipment: Always wear appropriate eye protection (safety glasses or goggles) and protective clothing when operating the pressure washer.
  • Total Stop System (TSS): This unit features a Total Stop System, which automatically shuts off the motor when the trigger is not engaged. This extends the life of the pump and motor.

2. Package Contents

Carefully unpack all components and ensure all items are present and undamaged. If any parts are missing or damaged, contact customer support.

3. Setup and Assembly

Follow these steps to assemble and prepare your pressure washer for use.

  1. Attach the Handle (if detachable): Secure the handle to the main unit using the provided fasteners.
  2. Connect the High-Pressure Hose: Attach one end of the 20 ft high-pressure hose to the high-pressure outlet on the pressure washer unit and the other end to the spray gun. Ensure connections are tight.
  3. Install Water Inlet Fitting: Screw the water inlet fitting onto the water inlet port of the pressure washer. Important: Ensure the gold part of the inlet fitting faces outwards. Incorrect installation may prevent water flow.
  4. Connect Water Supply: Attach a standard garden hose (not included) to the water inlet fitting. Ensure the garden hose is free of kinks and has a steady water supply. Turn on the water faucet completely.
  5. Purge Air from System: Before plugging in the unit, squeeze the trigger on the spray gun for approximately 30 seconds to allow air to escape and water to flow through the system. This prevents air pockets from damaging the pump.
  6. Connect Power: Plug the 35 ft power cord into a grounded electrical outlet. Press the RESET button on the GFCI plug.

4. Operating Instructions

Once assembled and connected, follow these steps for safe and effective operation.

  1. Start the Pressure Washer: Turn the power switch on the unit to the 'ON' position. The motor will start when the trigger is squeezed and stop when released (Total Stop System).
  2. Select a Nozzle: Choose the appropriate quick-connect nozzle for your cleaning task. Pull back the collar on the spray gun, insert the desired nozzle, and release the collar to lock it in place.
    • 0° (Red): Pin-point jet for stubborn stains and hard-to-reach areas. Use with extreme caution.
    • 15° (Yellow): Narrow, powerful spray for intense cleaning of hard surfaces.
    • 25° (Green): Medium-angle spray for general cleaning of most surfaces.
    • 40° (White): Wide, gentle spray for delicate surfaces and rinsing.
  3. Engage Safety Lock: The spray gun has a safety lock to prevent accidental spraying. Always engage the safety lock when not actively spraying or when changing nozzles.
  4. Using the Foam Cannon: Fill the 450ml foam cannon with appropriate pressure washer detergent. Attach the foam cannon to the spray gun. The foam cannon will apply a thick layer of soap. After applying soap, remove the foam cannon and attach a rinsing nozzle (e.g., 25° or 40°) to rinse the surface.
  5. Cleaning Technique: Start spraying from a distance of 1-2 feet and gradually move closer to the surface, observing the cleaning effect. Use sweeping motions to ensure even cleaning.
  6. Shutting Down: When finished, turn the power switch to 'OFF'. Turn off the water supply. Squeeze the trigger on the spray gun to release any remaining pressure in the system. Engage the safety lock. Unplug the power cord.

5. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your pressure washer.

  • Nozzle Cleaning: If a nozzle becomes clogged, use the included nozzle cleaning tool (or a thin wire) to clear any debris. Rinse the nozzle with water.
  • Water Inlet Filter: Periodically check and clean the water inlet filter to prevent debris from entering the pump.
  • Hose and Cord Inspection: Regularly inspect the high-pressure hose and power cord for any signs of damage, cuts, or leaks. Replace damaged components immediately.
  • Storage: Before storing, ensure all water is drained from the pump, hose, and spray gun. Store the pressure washer in a dry, frost-free environment. For extended storage, especially in cold climates, consider using a pump protector solution.
  • Cleaning the Unit: Wipe down the exterior of the pressure washer with a damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
