4. Assembly Instructions

Estimated assembly time: Approximately 15-30 minutes. An Allen wrench is included for assembly.

1. Assemble the Chair Legs: Attach the five legs to the central hub of the chair base using the provided screws. Ensure they are securely fastened.
2. Attach the Caster Wheels: Insert the caster wheels into the designated holes at the end of each leg until they click into place.
3. Install the Gas Lift: Press the air rod (gas lift cylinder) firmly into the central leg connector.
4. Attach the Central Base Buckle: Place the central base buckle over the top of the gas lift, ensuring it sits flush with the base.
5. Attach the Mechanism to the Seat: Align the seat mechanism with the pre-drilled holes on the underside of the seat cushion. Secure it with screws.
6. Attach the Armrests to the Seat: Secure the armrests to the sides of the seat cushion using the provided screws.
7. Connect the Backrest and Steel Plate: Attach the backrest to the steel plate on the seat mechanism. Ensure the backrest is pulled down to its lowest position before tightening the screws.
8. Connect the Seat to the Base: Carefully place the assembled seat onto the gas lift cylinder, ensuring the central hole of the mechanism aligns with the top of the gas lift.
9. Install Decorative Covers: Attach any decorative covers to conceal screws or connection points.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Adjusting Seat Height

To adjust the seat height, locate the lever on the right side beneath the seat. Pull the lever upwards while seated to lower the seat, or pull the lever upwards while standing to raise the seat. Release the lever at your desired height.

5.2. Adjusting Armrest Height

The armrests are adjustable. Locate the button on the side of each armrest post. Press the button and slide the armrest up or down to your preferred height. Release the button to lock it in place.

5.3. Adjusting Lumbar Support

The chair features adjustable lumbar support. Grasp the handles on either side of the lumbar support pad on the backrest. Slide the pad up or down to position it comfortably against your lower back.

5.4. Recline and Tilt Function

To recline the chair, pull the lever on the left side beneath the seat outwards to unlock the tilt mechanism. Lean back to your desired angle (90-115 degrees). Push the lever inwards to lock the backrest in position. A tension knob located beneath the seat allows you to adjust the resistance of the tilt mechanism.
