5. Getting Started

5.1 Charging the Device

  1. Before first use, fully charge the massage gun.
  2. Connect the provided USB-C charging cable to the charging port on the device.
  3. Plug the other end of the cable into a compatible USB power adapter (not included).
  4. The battery indicator on the VA display will show charging progress. The device is fully charged when the indicator shows full.

5.2 Attaching Massage Heads

  1. Ensure the device is powered off before changing attachments.
  2. Gently insert the desired massage head into the front opening of the gun.
  3. To remove, pull the massage head straight out.

6. Operation

6.1 Powering On/Off

  • To power on, press and hold the power button on the VA display for a few seconds until the screen illuminates.
  • To power off, press and hold the power button again until the screen turns off.

6.2 Adjusting Percussion Speed

  • Once powered on, the device will start at the lowest speed setting.
  • Press the '+' button to increase the percussion speed.
  • Press the '-' button to decrease the percussion speed.
  • The current speed level (1-5) will be displayed on the VA screen.

6.3 Using Heat Therapy

Attach the Heat & Cool Head for this function.

  1. With the device powered on, press the 'Warm Control' button (sun icon) on the VA display.
  2. The temperature indicator will show the current heat level. The device offers multiple heat settings, reaching up to 113°F (45°C).
  3. Apply the heated head to the desired muscle area to help relax stiff muscles and soothe tightness.

6.4 Using Cold Therapy

Attach the Heat & Cool Head for this function.

  1. With the device powered on, press the 'Cold Control' button (snowflake icon) on the VA display.
  2. The temperature indicator will show the current cold level. The device offers multiple cold settings, cooling down to 46°F (8°C).
  3. Apply the cooled head to the desired muscle area to help ease inflammation and numb soreness.
