These earbuds are designed to provide a high-quality audio experience with advanced Bluetooth 5.4 technology, comfortable ergonomic design, and IPX7 waterproofing. This manual will guide you through the setup, operation, and maintenance of your new earbuds to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

Setup
1. Charging the Earbuds and Case
Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and the charging case.
- Connect the USB Type-C charging cable to the charging port on the case and to a USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.
- The LED digital display on the charging case will show the battery percentage during charging.
- The earbuds will charge automatically when placed inside the charging case. The individual earbud battery indicators on the case display will show their charging status.
- A full charge for the case takes approximately 1 hour. Earbuds charge within the case.

2. Pairing with Your Device
The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode when taken out of the charging case.
- Open the charging case and remove both earbuds. They will automatically power on and attempt to pair with each other.
- On your smartphone or other Bluetooth-enabled device, go to the Bluetooth settings.
- Search for available devices and select "J59" from the list.
- Once connected, you will hear a confirmation tone, and the earbuds will be ready for use.
- The earbuds will automatically reconnect to the last paired device when removed from the case, if Bluetooth is enabled on the device.

Operating Instructions
1. Wearing the Earbuds
For optimal sound quality and comfort, ensure the earbuds are properly seated in your ears.
- Identify the left (L) and right (R) earbuds.
- Gently insert each earbud into the corresponding ear canal.
- Rotate the earbud slightly until it feels secure and comfortable.

2. Touch Controls
The DUCOCUB J59 earbuds feature sensitive touch controls for easy management of music and calls.

Maintenance
1. Cleaning
- Regularly clean the earbuds and charging case with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners, alcohol, or chemical solvents.
- Ensure charging contacts on both earbuds and case are clean and dry to prevent charging issues.
2. Storage
- When not in use, store the earbuds in their charging case to protect them and keep them charged.
- Store in a cool, dry place away from extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.
3. Water Resistance (IPX7)
The DUCOCUB J59 earbuds are rated IPX7 waterproof, meaning they can withstand immersion in water up to 1 meter for 30 minutes. This makes them suitable for workouts and protection against sweat and rain.
- Do not intentionally submerge the charging case, as it is not waterproof.
- Ensure earbuds are completely dry before placing them back into the charging case to prevent damage.
- IPX7 rating does not mean they are suitable for swimming or showering with hot water.

Troubleshooting
1. Earbuds Not Pairing with Each Other or Device
- Ensure both earbuds are fully charged.
- Place both earbuds back into the charging case, close the lid, wait a few seconds, then remove them again.
- On your device, forget or delete "J59" from the Bluetooth device list and try pairing again.
- Ensure your device's Bluetooth is enabled and within range (up to 15 meters).
2. No Sound or Low Volume
- Check the volume level on both your device and the earbuds.
- Ensure the earbuds are properly connected to your device.
- Clean any debris from the earbud speaker mesh.
- Try playing audio from a different application or device.
3. Charging Issues
- Ensure the USB Type-C cable is securely connected to both the case and the power source.
- Try a different charging cable or power adapter.
- Make sure the charging contacts on the earbuds and inside the case are clean and free of obstructions.
- Ensure the earbuds are correctly seated in the charging case.
4. Call Quality Issues (ENC Noise Cancellation)

- Ensure the microphones (4 total) are not obstructed.
- Move to a quieter environment if possible.
- Ensure the earbuds are fully charged.
