Important Safety Instructions

Setup

1. Unpack: Carefully remove all packaging materials and inspect the kettle for any damage.
2. Initial Cleaning: Before first use, fill the kettle with clean water to the MAX fill line. Boil the water, then discard it. Repeat this process 2-3 times to remove any manufacturing residues.
3. Placement: Place the power base on a dry, flat, stable, and heat-resistant surface. Ensure the power cord is not dangling where it can be pulled or tripped over.
4. Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a standard 120V AC electrical outlet.

Operating Instructions

Filling the Kettle

Remove the kettle from its power base. Open the lid and fill the kettle with fresh, cold water. Do not fill below the MIN mark or above the MAX mark (0.8L). Securely close the lid before placing the kettle back on the power base.

Basic Boiling

1. Place the filled kettle on the power base.
2. Press the Start button (power icon) to begin boiling. The display will show the current temperature.

Precise Temperature Control

The kettle allows you to set a specific target temperature for optimal brewing of various beverages.

1. Place the filled kettle on the power base.
2. Use the + and - buttons to adjust the desired temperature. The LCD screen will display the selected temperature.
3. Press the Start button (power icon) to begin heating to the set temperature.
4. The kettle will automatically turn off once the target temperature is reached.

Keep Warm Function

After the water reaches the set temperature or boiling point, you can activate the Keep Warm function.

1. After boiling or reaching the desired temperature, press the SET button (Keep Warm icon).
2. The kettle will maintain the water temperature between 104°F and 212°F (40°C to 100°C) for a set duration.
3. Use the + and - buttons to fine-tune the hold temperature if needed.

Maintenance and Cleaning

Proper cleaning ensures the longevity and performance of your kettle.

• Always unplug the kettle from the power outlet and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
• Exterior: Wipe the exterior of the kettle and the power base with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.
• Interior: The kettle is designed for Hand Wash only. Do not immerse the kettle or power base in water. For descaling, fill the kettle with a mixture of equal parts water and white vinegar (or a commercial descaling solution). Boil the mixture, then let it sit for 30 minutes to an hour. Discard the mixture and rinse the interior thoroughly several times with fresh water.
• Storage: When not in use, store the kettle in a dry place.
