Maintenance

1. Cleaning the Filter

After each cleaning cycle, remove the Filter Box and empty any collected debris. For the MicroMesh Ultra-Fine Filter, rinse thoroughly with a hose to remove fine particles. Ensure all filter components are clean before reassembling.

2. General Care

Rinse the exterior of the cleaner with fresh water after each use. Store the cleaner in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures when not in use. Regularly inspect brushes and tracks for wear and tear.

Troubleshooting

  • Cleaner not moving: Check battery level and ensure it's fully charged. Verify that the power button is pressed and the correct cleaning mode is selected.
  • Poor cleaning performance: Clean the filter box and MicroMesh filter thoroughly. Inspect brushes for any tangled debris or wear.
  • Cleaner gets stuck: Ensure the pool floor is free of large obstacles. The adaptive navigation should help, but manual removal of large items may be necessary.
  • Charging issues: Ensure the cleaner is correctly seated on the wireless charging dock and the power adapter is securely plugged in.
