  1. Step 1: Attach the Struts and Wheels to the Bottom Shelf.
    Place the bottom shelf upside down. Insert the four support struts into the designated slots on the bottom shelf. Secure them with the provided hardware. Attach the four 5-inch wheels to the bottom of the shelf, ensuring the two lockable swivel wheels are positioned at one end for easier maneuverability.
  2. Step 2: Connect the Struts to the Upper Tier.
    Carefully align the top shelf with the upper ends of the four support struts. Press down firmly until the top shelf clicks securely into place. Ensure all connections are tight and stable.
  3. Step 3: Insert Two Hook Combinations.
    Locate the slots on the sides of the cart's struts. Insert the two 3-tier side hook combinations into these slots. Ensure they are fully seated and stable.
