3. Setup and Assembly

The sauna tent is designed for easy installation, typically completed within 8-10 minutes. Follow these steps:

  1. Assemble the Bottom Frame: Connect the longer (A) and shorter (B) steel pipes using the connectors to form the hexagonal base frame. Ensure all connections are secure.
  2. Install Vertical Pipes: Insert the remaining longer (A) steel pipes into the vertical connectors of the bottom frame.
  3. Position the Sauna Tent: Lay the sauna tent flat and place the assembled bottom frame at its base.
  4. Cover the Frame: Pull the sauna tent fabric over the vertical pipes, starting with one side (e.g., the left frame) and then covering the rest of the frame. The thickened heat-retaining fabric will fit snugly.
  5. Install Top Frame: Enter the tent and install the remaining horizontal pipes and connectors to complete the top frame structure.
  6. Place Absorbent Pad: Lay the absorbent pad on the floor inside the sauna tent for easy cleaning and moisture management.
  7. Connect Steam Pipes: Screw the fittings onto the designated holes on the sauna tent. Connect the internal vapor pipes from the steam distributors (small white boxes) to these fittings. Ensure the pipes are not bent to allow for proper steam flow.
  8. Prepare Steamers: Place the two steamer units outside the tent. Connect the external vapor pipes from the tent fittings to the steamer units.
  9. Fill Steamers: Pour clean water into each steamer unit, ensuring not to exceed the maximum water level indicated inside. Twist the steamer lid clockwise to lock it securely.
  10. Add Essential Oils (Optional): For an aromatic experience, open the small steam box inside the tent, add a few drops of essential oil or herbs, and close the lid.
  11. Place Chairs: Position the two folding chairs inside the sauna tent as desired.

4. Operating Instructions

Once assembled and filled with water, your Binecer Portable Sauna Box is ready for use:

  1. Power On and Set Temperature/Time: Plug in both steamer units to separate, dedicated power outlets. Power on the steamers using the control panel or the remote control. Set your desired temperature level (1-9, with 9 being the fastest heating) and timer (1-95 minutes). It is recommended to set to level 9 for fastest heating.
  2. Heating Time: Allow approximately 10 minutes for the sauna tent to heat up and generate sufficient steam.
  3. Enter the Sauna: Use the dual zippers to open the tent door. Enter and sit comfortably on the provided chairs.
  4. Adjust Settings: Use the remote control to adjust the time and temperature settings while inside the sauna. Point the remote at the steamer through the transparent fabric. Store the remote in the inner pocket after use.
  5. Monitor Surroundings: The multiple transparent windows allow you to monitor your surroundings and manage the steam level if needed.
  6. Storage Pockets: Utilize the built-in storage pockets to keep essentials like your phone or towels within reach.
  7. Exiting the Sauna: Once your session is complete or the timer runs out, carefully exit the sauna.
