4. Setup

4.1. Charging the Device

Before first use, fully charge your walkie talkie. Connect the Micro USB cable to the device and a power adapter. The device can be charged via sockets, laptops, power banks, or other USB devices.

4.2. Attaching the Earpieces

The T-M1 comes with special earpieces for discreet and clear communication. Choose the ear tip that best suits the size of your ear (small, medium, or large) for optimal comfort and sound quality.

4.3. Attaching the Back Clip and Lanyard

The walkie talkie includes a portable back clip and a lanyard for secure carrying. To attach the back clip, align it with the screw hole on the back of the device and tighten the screw. The lanyard can be threaded through the designated loop for neck or wrist wear.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Power On/Off

To power on or off the walkie talkie, long press the Power/Menu Key (Component 10 in Figure 2).

5.2. Channel Selection

The T-M1 features 22 channels. To change channels, use the Up Key (Component 5) and Down Key (Component 7) to navigate through the available channels displayed on the LCD. The device supports fast frequency matching with other walkie talkies.

5.3. Volume Adjustment

In standby mode, short press the Up Key (Component 5) to enter volume adjustment mode. Use the Up and Down keys to select one of the 8 available volume levels.

5.4. Push-to-Talk (PTT)

To transmit your voice, press and hold the PTT button on the earpiece or the designated button on the walkie talkie. Release the button to listen.

5.5. Key Lock Function

To prevent accidental changes to settings, long press the Call/Lock Key (Component 8) to activate or deactivate the key lock function.

5.6. Automatic Frequency Calibration

The T-M1 supports automatic frequency calibration for easy pairing with other walkie talkies. Refer to the video below for a detailed demonstration.

6. Maintenance

6.1. Battery Life and Charging

The Lithium Polymer battery provides 14 to 24 hours of continuous use and up to 72 hours of standby time. A full charge typically takes 3 hours. Ensure the device is charged regularly to maintain performance.

6.2. Cleaning
