Setup

Charging the Power Bank:

  1. For first use, ensure the 20,000mAh power bank is fully charged.
  2. Connect one end of the provided connecting cable to the power bank.
  3. Connect the other end of the cable to the adapter.
  4. Plug the adapter into a standard wall outlet. The power bank display will show charging progress.

Connecting the Power Source to the Blanket:

The blanket supports two power options: Fixed Use (AC power) and Portable Use (Power Bank).

1. Fixed Use (AC Power):

  1. Locate the power connector inside the blanket's pocket.
  2. Connect one end of the provided connecting cable to the blanket's power connector.
  3. Connect the other end of the cable to the adapter.
  4. Plug the adapter into a standard wall outlet.

2. Portable Use (Power Bank):

  1. Ensure the power bank is fully charged.
  2. Locate the power connector inside the blanket's pocket.
  3. Connect the blanket's power connector to the Type-C port of the power bank.
  4. Place the power bank securely in the blanket's designated pocket and snap it closed.

Operating Instructions

Powering On and Adjusting Settings:

  1. Once the blanket is connected to a power source (AC adapter or power bank), press and hold the digital silicone power button on the blanket for 3 seconds to turn it on. The display will illuminate.
  2. To adjust the heat level, press the power button briefly. There are 4 heat levels (01-04).
  3. To set a timer, press the timer button (clock icon) briefly. You can select from 1, 2, 3, or 4 hours. If no timer is set, the blanket will automatically shut off after 3 hours for safety.
  4. To turn off the blanket, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds.

Smart Eco-Sleep Mode:

After the blanket is turned off, the power bank will enter standby mode to conserve energy. To reactivate power for subsequent use, press the button on the blanket or unplug and replug the cable to the power bank.

Troubleshooting

Controller Error (F1, F2, F3, etc.) or Black Screen:

  1. Ensure the controller is not wrapped into the product or placed near a heated object, as overheating might trigger self-protection mode.
  2. Unplug the power cord from the outlet/power bank and disconnect the cable from the blanket.
  3. Reconnect the cable plug to the blanket and then to the power source, and restart the controller by pressing and holding the power button for 3 seconds.
  4. If the issue persists after multiple attempts, please contact customer service for assistance.

Power Bank Shows Error or Doesn't Work:

  1. When the blanket is powered by a power bank, do not charge other electronic devices simultaneously, as this may cause an error.
  2. To save power, the power bank may enter eco-sleep mode after being powered off for a while. If the blanket doesn't work, unplug and reconnect the cable to the power bank to restore power.
